Pengaruh personalitas terhadap pemilihan karir telah banyak dikaji sebagai anteseden yang menghas... more Pengaruh personalitas terhadap pemilihan karir telah banyak dikaji sebagai anteseden yang menghasilkan temuan yang berbeda. Kebaruan dari Penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh nilai sosial terhadap pilihan karir sebagai akuntan publik dengan personalitas sebagai moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi sekolah ekonomi Malangkucecwara. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan didistribusikan pada 52 responden. Uji hipotesis dengan partial least square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Personalitas memoderasi pengaruh nilai social terhadap minat karir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan publik.Temuan ini sekalgus menegaskan bahwa nilai sosial dan minat karir sebaiknya tidak dilihat dari satu sisi, peran aspek personalitas juga sangat kuat.

The results of the activities of planting green plants and ornamental flowers and pots can provide a beautiful, cool, and beautiful environment for the Sabilillah Polyclinic so that visitors and employees feel more comfortable.

The population in this study were all administrative staff of the academic section of Polinema, which amounted to 209 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 39 respondents. The data analysis used is path analysis with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Even researchers found that this phenomenon is still happening as many public companies did that listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of industry specialization, audit opinion and size of Public Accounting Firm (KAP) on Audit Delay with firm size as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and involved 33 mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data analysis method used moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that Industrial Specialization had a positive effect on audit delay. Audit opinion does not affect audit delay. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square technique. The results showed that organizational support and work involvement were not proven to mediate the effect of organizational support on subjective well-being. Work engagement and career satisfaction are proven to mediate the influence of psychological capital. A qualitative method was employed to measure the content analysis of annual report. Data are collected by downloading annual reports of waqf institutions from their website. Twenty waqf boards of 201 registered waqf institutions as the sample of participants. The disclosure of performance reports were measured by counting 57 disclosure items. The results indicate that waqf boards in Indonesia do not have a guidance or list for reporting their activities; methods on how to assess waqf board performance and the impact of waqf on social-economic and governance. A Balanced Scorecard is used to direct the achievement of organizational performance. Data is analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results show that the effectiveness of organizational transformation begins from a learning and growth perspective that emphasizes the competence of human resources as agents of change that impact internal business processes more productively. The capacity of marketing and services is getting better so it contributes significantly to increasing revenue. Organizational transformation also brings a big change in the mindset of organizational members, from bureaucracy to entrepreneurship.

Population and sample consist of State Civil Apparatus in Government of Pasuruan Regency taken by Cluster Sampling with number of 130 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) processed with software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of hypothesis testing found that that discipline and job involvement have an effect on performance, while incentives have no significant effect on performance.The results of the analysis of mediation variable can be concluded that incentives are not proven to mediate the influence of work involvement and work discipline on performance.

Similarly, it has been done in PT CJI Pasuruan (CJIP). In some literature, the employee benefits program has been described that they were the factors which influence to employee morale and employee performance. The purpose of this study is to confirm that influence. In this study, the employee benefits programs are divided into 3 groups. These are economic employee benefits, facilitate employee benefits and services employee benefits. The results of study in CJIP have found that Economic employee benefits have negative impact but not significant on employee morale; Facilitate employee benefits have a positive and significant impact on employee morale; Services employee benefits have a positive and significant impact on employee morale; and Employee morale have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.

Penelitian dilakukan pada UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) di Kota Malang sebanyak 150 UKM dan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan yang layak di analisis sebanyak 134 kuesioner, yang dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPls 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara learning orientation terhadap organization performance pada total effects menunjukan nilai β = 0,511 dengan nilai t = 7,370 > 1,86 (t tabel α = 5%) secara statistik berpengruh dan signifikan. Learning orientation juga berpengaruh positif terhadap competitive advantage dengan koefisien β = 0,670 dan nilai t = 7.889 > 1,86 (t tabel α = 5%). Population and sample consist of State Civil Apparatus in Government of Pasuruan regency at Integrated Service and Investment Service and the Regional Finance Board were 130 respondents. Data analysis method used is path analysis processed with software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of hypothesis testing found that 1) leadership did not directly influence toward employee performance, 2) leadership positively influence toward organizational culture, 3) leadership positively influence toward work motivation 4) leadership positively influence toward performance through organizational culture 5) leadership positively influence toward performance through work motivation. The results of this research are expected to be a source of information and consideration materials for the Leader on the Local Government Environment Pasuruan to more increasing the application of organizational culture and work motivation better with the result that can improve on employee performance.

In order to create competitive advantage, the theory of competitive advantage have contributed to the present two major schools of the Market-Based View (MBV) and Resources-Based View (RBV), which both lead the company in creating a competitive advantage through superior value. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between market orientation, learning organization and dynamic capability on value creation. Using a questionnaire survey, the paper is based on data collected from 105 owners or managers of industry creative in Indonesia. The partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling approach was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses.The results indicate that, among the market orientation, learning organization, dynamic capability are significantly and positively related to value creation.

One of the drivers of competitiveness is innovation. The program of Community Service in this article is to increase product innovation through the utilization of banana peel waste into banana crackers. This activity was carried out in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. The partners of this activity are small and medium companies that produce a variety of foods made from bananas. Technical assistance covers production and management aspects to improve the capacity building. Banana peanut cracker products can increase business productivity. Business competitiveness also increases in line with increasing product variations. The market potential is also more extensive and even has the potential for export. This program has a positive impact on increasing production capacity and partner income.

Using a questionnaire survey, the paper is based on data collected from 105 owners or managers of industry creative in Indonesia. The partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling approach was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses.The results indicate that, among the market orientation, learning organization, dynamic capability are significantly and positively related to value creation.

One of the drivers of competitiveness is innovation. The program of Community Service in this article is to increase product innovation through the utilization of banana peel waste into banana crackers. This activity was carried out in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. The partners of this activity are small and medium companies that produce a variety of foods made from bananas. Technical assistance covers production and management aspects to improve the capacity building. Banana peanut cracker products can increase business productivity. Business competitiveness also increases in line with increasing product variations. The market potential is also more extensive and even has the potential for export. This program has a positive impact on increasing production capacity and partner income.
