My favorite so far are the quesadillas. Dessert is definitely the Kahlua pie. Service: I have always had very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable with menu and very tolerant of weird requests. :)Atmosphere: It is adobe/mexican feel but in good taste. Clean area but feels a little clutter with tables at times. They have a really cool chandelier made from Corona bottles. The salt and pepper shakers are little Corona bottles as well. The music is at a decent level in relation to the busy atmosphere. This place is very popular and always busy.Value: The food is better flavor than other fast food equivalents ("Qudoba") and has bigger portions. The portions here will leave you with left overs for tomorrow. Most of the dinner entrees come with mexican rice (very good) and your choice of beans.(I prefer the re-fried) The beans have a smokey flavor to them and are both very tasty. The desserts are generous portions as well and worth the price for sure. FREE Chips and salsa! With the meals and even if they are carry out you get them free! Those chips are WONDERFUL too!Have I gushed enough? So even you "hard core" Qudoba fans out there...this is a must try. I've had the tortilla soup, quesadillas (single and double decker), chimichangas, fish tacos, borderito, empanadas, tamales, etc. There is not one thing that I don't like about their food. Their sides are even excellent.Service: The servers are always happy, propt to greet, get drinks, and remove empty plates. They make sure that your special food requests get done.Atmosphere: It's a new building so it's clean and shiny. It's a large open dining area but not as alianating as Don Pablos. It's perfect for fun casual dining.Value: We always have left overs. Everything is very fairly priced and I always have lunch for the next day. Especially the bandera sirloin.Service: the service can be really slow, especially during non peak times. Most of the time they're good though.Atmosphere: Cute, fun spot. Chck out the beer chandelier in the bar. Value: Really good value, especially their happy hour margaritas! YUMMAY ReplyThreadLink |
