Day three of catharsis and progress is...sobering. I just found a stack of unopened letters, postmarked December 2007.
Yeah, you guessed it - my Christmas cards. If I needed an indicator that things haven't been right for some time, that would be it. You've got to be somewhere pretty crap to shy away from something so innocuous.
Still, no such reminder is necessary. I already made an appointment this morning to see my doctor about antidepressants. Come Thursday maybe I can start to straighten this thing out.
