Blah, haven't updated because I'm too goddamned lazy.
On the whinging front: having waited a week to see my doctor about getting my ears syringed (because they wouldn't let me book an appointment directly with the nurse), I now have to wait another week to see the nurse. If that wasn't bad enough, I had to put up with my doctor telling that most people who ask for syringing are doing it because they're health nuts before checking my ears and seeming surprised that, no, my ears are actually blocked because they always do this when I have a stinking cold. I think I need to start paying for some decent healthcare.
Last night I dreamt about Indiana Jones running up to a field of lavender and the air was literally swarming with hummingbirds and then suddenly I was there in person and the field was a library and I was floating around with the birds and...
The fact that I don't remember my dreams is probably a good thing.
Other than that, I'm hacking away at C++ for my little Palm wordgame and waiting on an article about cramming a 75,000 word dictionary into 64kb through hashing and wondering just how exactly you pick a hash to hash words and non-words into different buckets.
I need to summon up the energy to do my laundry. Or washing-up. I need to stop buying CDs whilst I catch up with the ones I've already purchased. Or I need to make silly moodicons and usericons 'cause pixel-pushing is the best way to waste hours on end whilst still maintaining some sense of achievement...
