A sales team cannot be successful without a developed pipeline of qualified leads. Generating good leads is just as important as closing the deal. To that end, a team of doctoral students was tasked with addressing the decrease in leads at a private mid-sized business school in Southern California. This drop in the quality and quantity of leads during the last year has contributed to a significant decline in student enrollment and loss of revenue for the business school. One strategy being considered is the use of social media as a new source for prospective students. The goal of this project is to develop a curriculum to enable the business school's recruitment team to utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate a pool of prospective students. Four key learning objectives were identified from the assessment; recruiters will be able to recognize the value of LinkedIn, expand their LinkedIn network, identify the characteristics that make LinkedIn successful, and recruiters will be able to increase the number of connections they have on LinkedIn.

The analysis in this exploration chiefly examines the predictability that exists with the diversity of leadership styles as related to a leader's cultural or ethnic background. A better understanding of this phenomenon can help in the search for leaders to fill critical roles within organizations based on the needs and fit within the larger organization seeking to fill specific functions (Haney-Brown, K. 2017).

Critical Race Theory has six main principles that help explain the issue of race relations in North America (Freemen, 2011). This study will explore the literature that identifies these six principles and the theoretical impact on various aspects of society, including education, and leadership.
