Financial Inclusion is potentially a viable business proposition due to the large untapped market, where the unbanked and underserved population can be brought within the financial paradigm of the formal banking system but due to the high operating cost of setting a branch, bank does not view the unbanked poor a viable business opportunity leading towards the selective targeting of customer. Business Correspondent model can be used by the banks in improving their presence in those locations where the conventional branches are not available. The entire focus now is on providing continuous access of the banking and financial services to the unbanked poor at their doorstep, that too at an affordable cost through the agent network. BC Agents act as an interface between the banks and customer providing banking services of majority of the bank through interoperability within one roof, thus it becomes quite imperative to identify the obstacles which is acting as a major hindrances in their smooth functioning. In this paper, we have tried to study the appointment process and operational problems encountered by the BC Agents during their operation through the case study method. We have identified the deviation in the appointment process of BC Agents as compared to the circular issued by the bank. Similarly various operational problems like lack of tailor-made products, continuous service downtime, liquidity problems, limited and delayed support from the Corporate BC and Technology Service Provider, irregular commission payment, lack of transparency in commission calculation, least support from the link branch officials and limited usage of interoperability services etc are endured by the BC Agents. It has been observed that many of the operational problems faced by the BC Agents can be resolved through proper coordination between the link branch, Corporate BC and BC Agents.

To extract the output power from PV array Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is used. As the produced voltage from PV arrays is not fulfil the network rating. Therefore, DC-DC boost converters are used to boost the voltage trough Perturbation & Observation (P&O), MPPT controller technique. The boosted output from DC-DC boost converter is DC, but for commercial purpose to need it convert to AC because most of loads are AC in industry and commercial use. In this manuscript present comparative analysis between PV based 7-level cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter (CHB-MLI) and PV based 9-level CHB MLI. CHB MLI is more beneficial with regard to low dv/dt stress, less electromagnetic interference (EMI) and less total harmonic distortion (THD). CHB-MLI is more suitable with solar PV system and the designing of 7 levels CHB-MLI and 9 levels CHB-MLI is done. GA algorithm is used to obtain the optimal switching angles of CHB MLI. The analysis of results shows that when the level of multilevel inverter increased the % THD get decreased.

For the same purpose India is planning for the generation of 20 Gigabyte of solar energy till 2020 [4]. Solar energy is vital and unstoppable source of energy that can be used for the generation of electric energy. The main hindrance of use and implementation of solar PV systems are their low efficiency and higher initial cost. For this sake of instance there is always requirement of the charge controller for the conversion of solar to electric energy. Till date numbers of charge controllers are developed, but there is lot of limitations according to the working efficiency, standard and cost. There are three main types of the charge controller on/off, PWM and MPPT. This paper presents the designing of solar charge controller using modified MPPT technique. This technique aims to design the charge controller made up of toroidal inductor for greater efficiency, Psoc 4 BLE controller for overall control and glass epoxy fiber PCB for maximum durability. Proposed system will deliver up to 100 W of charge that can be used for charging of batteries within range. Experimented highest efficiency is 105.36% recorded accordingly power delivered and power received. Additional features involved higher current protection, short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection. This controller operates in four operating states on state, off state, float state and bulk state depending upon input applied and output required.

Such closeness, one can see-with the common cultural civilization roots-in the relationship of India and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). This relations needs to be rethink despite of their negligence before. In this context, this proposed research strives to examine the concept of soft power diplomacy and its advancement in India and the ASEAN relations; it likewise demonstrates that the soft power as an indispensable mechanism through which India has developed its relationship with the ASEAN countries particular and it also manifests how the soft power diplomacy could reinforce in the building of community between India and the ASEAN for shared future in Asia. Given the close historical connection, with the help of both qualitative and observational methods, this study is argued that India and the ASEAN shared destiny needs to be expanded beyond the cultural closeness to other emerging areas of cooperation-such as seas, maritime security and so on. In this direction, the updated and new 'Act East Policy' (Old 'Look East Policy') by the administration in 2014 is pivotal. Finally, it is concluded by stating that both India and the ASEAN can influence the Asian order in general and shape Indo-Pacific order in particular, especially through building a community.

Experimental design: The fruits of Momordica dioica were dried under shade and then powdered, and extracted with 2-2.5 liters of 95% methanol by reflux. Type I diabetes was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of STZ dissolved in 0.1 M sodium citrate buffer at pH 4.5, at a dose of 65 mg/kg body weight. The rats were grouped into 4 and they were marked as follows Group A served as normal control while Group B was considered as diabetic control. Group C was standard receiving Glibenclamide (0.5mg/b.w.) and Group D diabetic animals were treated with Momordica dioica (500mg/kg). During investigation, body weight and fasting blood glucose level were taken at 0 and 30th day. Finally, animals in all groups were sacrificed; blood sample, pancreas were collected. Biochemical parameters such as total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, TG, LDL cholesterol, glycolate haemoglobin and histopathological studies of pancreas were performed. Oral administration of saponin Momordica dioica 500mg/kg had shown antidiabetic activity in diabetic rats. This was evidenced by recovery of body weight, reduction in fasting serum glucose, increase in serum insulin and hypolipedemic effect. Interpretation and conclusion: Significant antidiabetic activity of Momordica dioica observed in the present investigation could be the result of decreased blood glucose levels and improved body mass. Momordica dioica also showed improvisation in lipid profile and may have protective effect in DM related cardiovascular complications.

Data was collected in January 2016 from 16 women through in-depth interviews and FGD. The collected data was thematically analyzed. Five themes emerged from the analysis: selecting bio-medical care; Professional providers are last options of resort; home is a natural and ideal place of care; birth is a normal experience and birth associated to tradition. The results show that women are pluralistic in their search for care and cure but mostly they rely on informal or indigenous channels. The pattern of maternal health services utilization remains low, incomplete, delayed and inconsistent. The study also revealed the unique definitions of care on the view of local women , resilient outlooks on pregnancy and birth, women's cultural perception of health as well as limitations of the formal health care pushing women to informal channels. So, there is a need to reconsider social factors to develop an integrated health care system to enhance maternal health seeking.
