For a graph G with n vertices and m edges, the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix A(G) are known... more For a graph G with n vertices and m edges, the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix A(G) are known as eigenvalues of G. The sum of absolute values of eigenvalues of G is called the energy of G. The Laplacian matrix of G is defined as LðGÞ ¼ DðGÞ À AðGÞ where D(G) is the diagonal matrix with ði, jÞ th entry is the degree of vertex v i. The collection of eigenvalues of L(G) with their multiplicities is called spectra of L(G). If l 1 , l 2 , Á Á Á , l n are the eigenvalues of L(G) then the Laplacian energy LE(G) of G is defined as LEðGÞ ¼ P n i¼1 l i À 2m n : It is always interesting and challenging as well to investigate the graphs which are L-equienergetic but L-noncopectral as L-cospectral graphs are obviously L-equienergetic. We have devised a method to construct L-equienergetic graphs which are L-noncospectral.

Managing the location information is the most important aspect in Cellular Networks. This is even... more Managing the location information is the most important aspect in Cellular Networks. This is even more important when the user is in moving condition (mobile). In today's world with the invention of latest mobile devices, the mobile device is not just a medium for communication but it is a replacement of the whole office. A person can read / write mails, do social networking, merchant transactions and a lot more through mobile devices. To handle all this tasks effective Location management in cellular communication is 100% needed. If the location of the user is not known then it will be difficult to perform call / sms / mobile data / other transactions with the cellular phone. Study of various location update strategies also covered in this paper. Algorithm for finding best location update strategy among all available strategies. Algorithm and simulation results given for Dynamic Time Based Location Update Strategy.

A Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is an autonomous set of mobile nodes, which can continue communic... more A Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is an autonomous set of mobile nodes, which can continue communication while moving from one place to another, without any fixed and permanent infrastructure. Every mobile node acts as a communicating node as well as forwarding node. Every node has to perform routing. Routing in wireless networks and specially in mobile networks is a tough challenge due to dynamic topologies and network partitioning problems. This paper explains routing in MANETs. This paper also surveys the unicast routing schemes to send a packet from a single source to a single destination. A conceptual comparison is given at the end of the paper to compare routing protocols.

When we think about the term Mobile Computing, its location management becomes the most important aspect for us. In other words we can say that mobility is part of everyday life. A subscriber/user should be able to get the same services when he or she changes the location. This can be possible if proper location management has been adopted. In this paper we have discussed importance of location management in mobile computing as well as how to reduce paging cost in location management.
