The key is for each party to tap into the resources and expertise of the other, finding creative solutions to critical social and businesses challenges. This study is to find out the patterns of people's participation at different stages of Tullow’s Cooperate Social Responsibility development process, taking into account the participation of members of the community. The researcher engaged various stakeholders through the use of questionnaires and face to face interviews. At the end of the study, it was seen that practical CSR decision and implementation could hardly involve decisions of the local community in the coastal belt. As high as 90% of respondents had not gotten the opportunity by any Oil Company to either recount their losses or threats due to their operations. Also, almost all the respondents never had the opportunity to make input into Tullow’s CSR decisions regarding CSR projects. Tullow CSR is therefore seen as a strategic approach meant to reduce business risk rather than a participatory platform for both Tullow and the intended beneficiary community

The mobile phone is one of the devices that has transformed the telecommunication industry. Repair of mobile phones places itself within the idea of circular economy in an urban setting, and the allied process like refurbishing, reengineering, and recycling are advantageous to the environment, contributing to sustainable development goals. This study sought to access the performance and skill gained by some students in selected second cycle institutions in Southern Ghana who undergone training to technologically fix mobile phones. The study found out that about 90% of the students were able to install, uninstall and repair mobile systems as well as becoming conversant with the use of various tools & instruments in mobile phone repairing.

It examines the challenges hindering the successful implementation of e-consultation, including security, privacy and awareness. By conducting a quantitative analysis and proposing a comprehensive model, this study aims to provide insights into overcoming these barriers, to improve healthcare accessibility and reduce disparities through e-consultation. The research integrates the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model, focusing on quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits, alongside the Diffusion of Innovation theory of technology adoption. The study employs a mixedmethods approach, combining literature review and quantitative analysis. Clinicians and patients received distinct questionnaires, covering knowledge, skills, performance, safety, and e-consultation challenges. Univariate statistics provides an initial data overview, followed by factor analysis. With a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of 0.710 and Bartlett's test of sphericity yielding 1300.894, the data proves suitable for factor analysis. Using Principal Axis Factoring, the study reveals significant correlations among factors: Attitude, Regulatory Framework, Diffusion, and Acceptance. Based on these findings, an Econsultation Framework is proposed, emphasizing robust E-consultation Technology Frameworks. By adopting e-consultation and advanced digital health integration, Ghana can advance healthcare accessibility, diminish disparities, and enhance citizens' well-being within the digital health domain.

Funding received was used in the establishment of the Technology Research and Innovation Centre (TRIC) for technology and market-oriented research with an overarching goal of transferring technology to the public and industry. Ghana Technology University College is committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry, and the establishment of TRIC transformed this vision into reality. Nine projects were selected from presentations made at workshops by researchers from our academic faculties (i.e., Faculty of Computing and Information Systems, Faculty of IT Business and Faculty of Engineering) in collaboration with their private industry partners. Thus, the implementation of the projects entailed cross-institutional collaborations between GTUC, COTVET and MESTI with the involvement of the private sector. This paper discusses the processes and outcomes of the implementation of the TRIC projects with recommendations for the sustainability of TRIC.

very high increase in data collection due to the growing global market and customization, the decision making process needs
to be fast and more accurate. The research was conducted at the National Identification Authority which is a Government
Identity Management Institution. A survey method and a Stratified Random Sampling method of data collection were used.
In looking at the possibility to optimize Business performance through Business Intelligence, it was expedient to investigate
the current BI tools used by the organisation under study. Find out the awareness of Business Intelligence to some critical
staff and their perception on the adaptation of a full scale Business Intelligence system by the organisation. It was found out
that the institution does not have a BI system in operation and about half of the respondents interviewed acknowledged the
need of using a Business Intelligence system. They were however concerned about Business Intelligence capital
intensiveness, the need for intelligent planning, highly skilled technocrats to man such a system as the main challenges. In
addressing these concerns some recommendations are outlined which would go a long way in helping the National
Identification Authority.

This discussion has attracted the attention of the church thereby creating an intersection between the church, science and myth. This article attempt to throw light on the various generation of wireless communication technologies, Covid-19, scientific technologies from the primitive age to now and the role of the church in taking advantage of modern technologies. The article further demystify the notion that 5G is the cause of Covid-19.
