In this research, the amount of fertilizers was based on soil tests and was applied before and after flowering. The results of this research showed that in soybean plants, for the use of micronutrient elements, there is a significant difference in traits, plant height, the distance between the crown and the first sub-stem, stem diameter, the number of pods in the sub-branches, the number of pods per stem, the number of pods per plant, protein mg/pr and yield. There was no significant difference in pod length and number of seeds in pod traits. The comparison table showed that for most traits of all micronutrients, Biomax fertilizer had the greatest effect.

Materials and Methods: The experimental design was factorial arranged in a completely randomized block design with three replications. Treatment were combination of 3 levels of water stress (100% FC as a control, 60% FC and 30% FC) and Bio fertilizer (inoculated and non-inoculated) and Salicylic acid (0 as control and 0.75 mM). Results: Data variance analysis showed that morphological characteristics was significantly (p<0.05) affected by drought levels, Salicylic acid, Bio fertilizer and their interaction. The effects of various treatments on shoot and flower number, dry and fresh weight of root and shoot, Relative water content (RWC) and electron leakage was significant at 1%. Conclusion: Application of salicylic acid and Azosprillium inoculation ...

As one of the most important agricultural crops, wheat is a staple food crop for a large portion of the world’s population. Nearly, 80-90 percent of the wheat genome sequence has been includes repeated sequence and 70 percent with mobile elements is known. Nowadays, more than 50 leaf rust resistance genes in wheat genome and related species have been identified. The Lr10 gene has been originated from wheat. This gene is a single-copy gene that located on chromosome 1A. One of the fields of bioinformatics is molecular analysis that includes alignment the sequences, search on the databases, motif and domain identification, drawing of the evolutionary relationships and comparative genomics. In our study, the results indicate that there is a reasonable classification based on Lr10 gene between of investigated wheat genomes and the evolution has been changed in the sequence of investigated genes. Based on ...

Drought and high salinity are the most important environmental factors that cause osmotic stress ... more Drought and high salinity are the most important environmental factors that cause osmotic stress and impact negatively on plant growth and crop productivity. Many plants increase the osmotic potential of their cells by synthesizing and accumulating compatible osmolytes such as proline. D1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthase (P5CS), a bifunctional ATP and NADPH-dependent mitochondrial enzyme, catalyses the reduction of glutamate to D1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate (P5C). A critical step in the biosynthesis of proline, ornithine and arginine. In this work we use an in silico AFLP analysis of the complete cDNA sequences of 17 plants; including plant to phylogeny within AFLP profiles that product by restriction enzymes. by online webcutter software selective the best of restriction enzymes to cutting the sequences, then sequences and length of product in excel software saved, then based on exist and absence fragments (0 and 1) with DARwin software draw the dissimilarity matrix (Dice and Jacard) ...

The HKT family of ion transporters originally was named for the high-affinity potassium transporter properties of the first member of this family that was isolated, but it is more complex than originally realized, as the affinity and selectivity of many proteins encoded by members of this gene family are different to that indicated by the name. Different molecular marker types have been used to assess genetic diversity in plant such as amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). Bioinformatics has become an essential tool not only for basic research but also for applied research in biotechnology and biomedical sciences. In this study we use an in silico analysis of the complete cDNA sequences HKT gene at eight genus the gramineae family to phylogeny within AFLP profiles that product by restriction enzymes.
