Pasangan usia muda harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik untuk meminimalisi... more Pasangan usia muda harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif pernikahan usia muda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal dalam “fase bulan madu” pasangan usia muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologi menggunakan Teori Penetrasi Sosial dan Model Pengembangan Hubungan. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada tiga pasangan usia muda berdasrkan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasangan usia muda melewati tiga tahap dalam Teori Penetrasi Sosial yaitu tahap kedua (mengetahui hobi dan kesenangan masing-masing), ketiga (membagi informasi dan pengalaman pribadi) dan keempat (membagi nilai, konsep diri, atau perasaan emosi terdalam). Knowledge sharing terbentuk ketika setiap anggota dalam organisasi saling berbagi pengetahuan sec... more Knowledge sharing terbentuk ketika setiap anggota dalam organisasi saling berbagi pengetahuan secara bersama-sama untuk mengungkapkan pendapat, ide, kritik dan komentar kepada anggota lainnya. Universitas Gunadarma menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi yang sudah menerapkan pembelajaran kolaborasi cloud meeting dan UGTV selama pandemi Covid-19 sehingga terjadi peningkatan knowledge sharing menggunakan Whatsapp dan Line. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung knowledge sharing dalam komunitas mahasiswa Universitas Gunadarma dengan menggunakan media Whatsapp dan Line grup selama pandemi Covid-19. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS dan Teori Computer Mediated Communication untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5 kepada mahasiswa Universitas Gunadarma. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Gunadarma dan sampel penelitian adalah 741 responden yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 18-24 tahun. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa Universitas Gunadarma yang rutin melakukan knowledge sharing. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi sosial dan ekspektasi hasil memengaruhi knowledge sharing untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya akan pengetahuan, dan kegunaan komunitas memengaruhi niat berbagi pengetahuan secara terus menerus. Sedangkan interaksi sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebermanfaatan mahasiswa dan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan secara berkelanjutan. Pembatasan jarak yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah sebagai akibat Pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan grup Whatshapp dan grup Line menjadi penting dan berguna dalam mencari dan berbagi ilmu di kalangan mahasiswa. Gunadarma University is one of the universities that has implemented cloud meeting and UGTV collaborative learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in an increase in knowledge sharing using Whatsapp and Line. This study aims to analyze the supporting factors for knowledge sharing in the Gunadarma University student community using Whatsapp media and Line groups during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology of this research is quantitative using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS and Computer Mediated Communication Theory to analyze the data collected using questionnaire with Likert scale of 1-5 to Gunadarma University students. The study population was students of the Faculty of Communication, Gunadarma University and the research sample was 741 respondents consisting of men and women aged 18-24 years. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of Gunadarma University students who routinely did knowledg sharing.. The results show that social interactions occur and outcome expectations affect knowledge sharing to fulfill their need for knowledge, and the usefulness of community influences the intention to share knowledge continuously. Meanwhile, social interaction does not affect the usefulness of students and knowledge sharing does not affect the intention to share knowledge on an ongoing basis. The distance restrictions imposed by the government as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic have made WhatsApp groups and Line groups important and useful in seeking and sharing knowledge among students.

Various efforts have been made by the government and tourism actors to be able to revive the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze tourism communication in the development of a Sustainable Smart Tourism Village in East Lombok as a supporting area for Mount Rinjani Global Geopark and the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews and direct observations of Loyok Village. The data collected were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles Huberman. The marosok tradition has denotative and connotative meanings associated with Minangkabau culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of denotation and connotation of the marosok tradition with an ethnographic approach using Symbolic Interactionism Theory and semiotic analysis of Pierce. This research method is qualitative by conducting literature study and interviews using snowball sampling technique to M. Azhadi Dt. Bosa as key informant who directs researchers to Desmon Korina and Hadiyati who understand the marosok tradition in the Payakumbuh community. This study shows that the tools, hand movements and expressions in the marosok tradition have meanings that must be understood by the parties involved in the transactions. Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla proposed Nawacita as a national development goal that must be achieved. Nawacita and SDGs have similarities that involve mass media. TVRI has an extensive network to implement Nawacita and SDGs through a development communication strategy as communication planning and communication management in disseminating messages to invite the community to be involved in development. This study aims to determine the development communication strategy of TVRI in implementing Nawacita and SDGs. Qualitative research methods by conducting interviews and documentation of various sources. From the research results it is known that the media can help to implement Nawacita and SDGs. In this case, TVRI as media that participates in helping the success of the government's role in implementing Nawacita and SDGs in Indonesia using development communication strategies, namely: media-based strategy by using national and local stations, Monitor magazine, new media (website www.tvri.go.id, Instagram @tvrinasional, Twitter @ TVRINasional, Facebook TVRI Nasional, Youtube TVRI Nasional and the TVRI Klik application), instructional design strategies (internal and external training), participatory strategies (audience journalism and institutional visits) and marketing strategies (programs and collaborations) that are tailored to the values of Nawacita and SDGs.

#BlackLivesMatter accompanies several cases of discrimination against the black community. The ha... more #BlackLivesMatter accompanies several cases of discrimination against the black community. The hashtag was spread by actors who have great influences on Twitter users. The actors create communication network which connected to each other to form opinions about the Black Lives Matter movement. Researchers conducted a study to determine the distribution of #BlackLivesMatter at the actor level for the period 20-27 April 2021 in Twitter. The study used quantitative methods and a positivistic paradigm with a Social Network Analysis (SNA) approach. The results show that the actor with the highest degree of centrality is @jeanmessiha with 238 interactions, the actor with the highest betweenness centrality is @helloagain0611 with a value of 0.000049, the actor with the highest eigenvector centrality is @jeanmessiha with a value of 1 and there are 1,416 actors who have closeness centrality. # BlackLivesMatter has a low diameter value so that it spreads quickly but not too widely, not much reciprocity occurs, not concentrated in one dominant cluster but spread widely in several clusters. The actors play a role in spreading diverse opinions regarding Black Lives Matter, thus creating free discussion in several clusters on Twitter. Opinion widely spread on Twitter creates public opinion regarding the Black Lives Matter movement.

This study's purpose is to determine the perceptions or opinions formed in the community on the hashtag #IndonesiaTerserah during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used was a mixed method by combining quantitative methods for statistical calculations of communication networks with a sample of 2000 tweet data, 779 actors and 863 relations using Netlytic and Gephi, with the qualitative method to analyze text using the Digital Movement of Opinion, which describes and explains social networks and their network structures. The theory used was Digital Movement of Opinion by looking at the level of actors and systems. The method used in this research is a mixture combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitatively, this research looks at the communication networks from the sample of 2,000 tweet data: 1000 tweet data #PakaiMasker with 259 actors and 334 and 1000 tweet data #DirumahAja with 359 actors and 283 relationships using netlytic and gephi. Quantitatively, this research looks at the communication networks from the sample of 2,000 tweet data: 1000 tweet data #PakaiMasker with 259 actors and 334 and 1000 tweet data #DirumahAja with 359 actors and 283 relationships using netlytic and gephi.
