Grocery shopping. At lunch with Wufei. Arguing with the laundry clerk at the dry-cleaning store. Moments upon moments captured on film and covering every available surface.
Relena tested her bonds and the weight of the chair. Could she scoot it toward the door? Those black-masked men would be back at any moment. She would throw herself on the nearest sharp, pointy object and let herself die before she gave up Heero’s location.
The door swung open.
“It’s been so long, Miss Relena.”
That voice sent whispers of horror down her spine.
Blonde hair, wicked smile.
“Dorothy. You’re alive.”

“Off on another mission, Agent Chang?”
Maria tossed her head and smiled seductively. Her uniform shirt, which was unbuttoned in violation of regulation, showed off ample cleavage. He averted his eyes politely.
“Actually, I was on my way to records. If you’d excuse me --”
She was still blocking the entrance to the coffee alcove, hip cocked, all curves.
“Commander Une insists that all of the guards at the ball have escorts. You’re unattached, or so the office rumors say.”
I’m not Duo Maxwell, I’m not. I’m -- “They’re not rumors.”

“You’re not dead,” Quatre said.
“You’re not old enough to drink champagne,” Treize returned.
“The world mourned your passing, those who truly knew you.” Quatre sipped the sparkling golden liquid, blue eyes amused.
“Were I less of a man, I would mourn my survival.”
Quatre nodded. “Indeed.” He glanced at the dancers, musicians, stuck-up politicians. “I won’t tell them you’re here.”
Explosions rattled the doors.
Treize smiled. “In a moment, they’ll know.”

New GW ficsearch community! Attention all those keen but forgetful Gundam Wing fanficcers out there! Do you have a vague memory of a hot 1x2 lemon you read a month ago but can’t remember where? Did you not add a great 3x4 fic to your favourites and are now kicking yourself?
Then you needn’t worry because 
mission_briefs is here to answer all needs! (well…maybe not all) This here is a Gundam Wing ficsearch community that will help you locate any fic that you’ve lost the link to, forgotten the author of or just really feel like reading!
Another major role of the community is to supply detailed recs of slash you’ve read so as to share the GW love! Though it's not a fic-posting community, it's def worth checking out if your looking for a specific fic or you just wan to tell everyone about the great slash fic you've just finished reading.
The com's also good if you're a new GW fanficcer and you need some help finding some decent GW fics. Come check us out! Cause we're worth it!

Word: Joke
Focus: Heero & Duo (friendship or something more? up to you!)
Note: This community hasn't been active in a long, long time. I completely forget about this until one day I decided to look at all the communities I was part of (to get rid of unnecassary ones). So I apologize for this.
I have a couple ideas I want to throw around. I'll tell you now that this is spur of the moment and I haven't discussed it with the other mods.
First, posting access would be restricted to mods only. Why? Because instead of making individual posts of your drabble to the current challenge, you simply comment to the challenge post with your drabble.
Another idea is to make the deadline for the drabble shorter, like by the end of the day at midnight. This way for those who finish the drabble up quickly have a chance to write another the very next day. Also it makes it more of challenge when you only have so much time to turn it in (who needs a whole week to write a drabble anyways?).
Tell me what you think about my ideas please. Are you saying "yes" to it or are you saying "no" to it? Speak up!

It’s been a year since he disappeared. Still, those blue-green eyes haunt my every waking moment. Rumors spread that he was kidnapped; some say he’s in hiding, and others thought him dead. Amidst the ruckus, his sisters refused to address the issue.
And me? I was guilt-stricken. Our last conversation happened over dinner where doubt and harsh words comprised the main course.
I had thought the schism too big for us to even meet halfway. Apparently I was wrong. For when I looked up, there he was, standing in front of my doorstep like he never left at all.

Quatre stood from the prayer mat. Every day it became harder to do this. He'd been taught Islam from childhood, and his faith was deeply ingrained in him. But every day he fought the war, he felt as though he were betraying his faith, creating a schism between himself and his religion. The Maguanacs called it a "jihad", but he thought that might be their way of relieving some of the guilt. Whatever helped them cope...
He dusted invisible dirt from his knees, and walked back to Sandrock. It was time to fight again, and deepen the division within himself.

Justice Wins The Heart Rating: G
Word Count: 103 (this is the first time I've ever gone over! *gasp*)
Pairing(s): HeeroxRelena, DuoxHilde, TrowaxCathrine, QuatrexDorothy, WufeixSally Po, WufeixMeiran (ALL HET! X_X I...either don't do a pairing or go for a yaoi/yuri one!)
To adore someone was to love them in a rapturous way, much like the way Relena felt towards Heero.
Hilde adored Duo as he adored her.
Cathrine adored Trowa as he adored her.
Dorothy adored Quatre as he adored her.
Who adored Wufei? Sally Po did.
Who did Wufei adore? Sally Po...and Meiran.
Who was it, that he adored most?
This was a debate within his mind, as his heart didn't want to put either before the other.
He couldn't adore Sally Po more than Meiran. She wasn't the one who inspired Justice within him.
Wufei adored Meiran more than Sally Po.

I remember his words with painstaking clarity

After that, my days seemed to come and go like the breeze that passes through my window. I was just drifting… drifting until I get lost in dreams. Not even knowing whether I am awake or deep in slumber. What difference does it make? Every waking moment, I bleed at the thought of Duo’s rejection. In my sleep, it’s worse. I hear those words over and over. He hadn’t meant for me to hear it but it stung.

I never understood what she wanted from me. I don’t think she did either. But during that last mission, I realized that I cared deeply about her.
I was startled out of my thoughts by a soft voice
“Heero, you can let go now.”
“Aa, sorry Relena I was thinking.”
“I’m not going to run from this wedding so stop worrying,” She teased.
“Hn… you better not”
“I promise, now go sit beside Duo”
I let go of her arm and watched happily as my best friend walked the rest of the way to the altar to take her vows.

Heero stared at himself in the mirror. God help him, but if the others ever saw him like this, he'd kill himself rather than face the shame. Duo would laugh himself into asphyxiation. Wufei would go to his room and laugh himself silly, and Trowa and Quatre-- well, who knew what they'd think? Heero checked everything in the mirror one last time, determined that this would be the last undercover mission he'd ever go on. His hair was neatly curled, the dress was on straight, and the heels fit reasonably well. But the pantyhose... had a huge run!
"Dammit, not again!"

The assailant had been following them for an hour now. But the girls were already worn out.
“Come on, we can’t keep running” Hilde whispered
“Let’s hide under that bush”
Relena flushed and protested, “Sally, have you lost your mind?”
“Got better plans?”
“…”
Soon, all three of them were tucked under the bush and the predator smiled.
“All right that’s it I’m getting up” Relena started to debouch from her hiding place when the pursuer appeared in front of her.
“I dare you to lay a finger on me ”
Duo touched Relena’s nose and shouted “Tag… you’re it!”

They had been having these meetings in secret for a long time. Hilde had arranged them thinking I didn't know. Today I , Duo Maxwell would mess up their little gather 'round the gundams party. I watched from the shadows as they picked at my precious Deathscythe trying to figure out its secrets. Then, from my perch behind his head I leaped out. This caused them to debouch from their spot with hung heads that they had been caught. Hilde frowned at me and shook her fist. I merely laughed. She should have known better than to touch my gundam without my permission and definately not try to share it with others.
Go me with my random stupidity. Never mess with Duo's Gundam.
