Hence, these anti-coagulant drugs might affect greatly the oral health care procedures and the course of dental treatments, Dental Professionals are therefore responsible to treat such patients in a harmonious way as adequate hemostasis is challenging as part of routine oral surgery and other dental procedures. The objective of this review was to discuss the evidence-based practice guidelines based on available literature to manage patients with anti-coagulants therapy seeking invasive dental procedures. According to the available literature, the evidence-based guidelines for anticoagulants such as Warfarin are well established. However, there is insufficient evidence available for new oral anticoagulants drugs. Nevertheless, risk assessment and the standard INR value should be considered in relevance to consultation with the patient's physician must be taken into an account before any elective surgical procedures. Anticoagulant therapy must not be interrupted in patients undergoing minor surgical procedures. However, Local hemostatic measures are of utmost considerations and are effective in achieving hemostasis.

Chondroid Syringomas are predominantly benign with low recurrence rate, though malignant forms have also been reported. A 50-year-old female patient presented with a slowly, enlarging painless mass in the right cheek over a three year period. A surgical excision was performed under sedation and the histopathological examination was consistent with Chondroid syringoma. There were no signs or symptoms of recurrence over a 2 years period of follow up.

In most cases, PV affects the oral mucosa, but can also occur in conjunction with skin lesions affecting different areas of the body. Lesions affecting the oral mucosa are characterized by the presence of erosions whereas, skin lesions appear mainly as flaccid bulla in their early stages or as erosions later in the disease course. Pemphigus Vulgarisis characterized by the formation of highly fragile bulla that frequently ruptures, forming denuded, painful, easily bleeding erosions that often become crusted. Proper diagnosis is considered a significant component of early and efficient management, resulting in less morbidity. The use of corticosteroids in conjunction with immunosuppressant drugs such as azathioprine and mycophenolatein the management of acute attacks has been applied throughout the years (1).

Here, we aimed to evaluate and characterize the SARS-CoV-2 seropositivity rate in randomly collected samples among HCWs from the largest referral hospitals and quarantine sites during the peak of the COVID-19 epidemic in the city of Jeddah, the second largest city in Saudi Arabia, using a cross-sectional analytic study design. Out of 693 participants recruited from 29 June to 10 August 2020, 223 (32.2%, 95% CI: 28.8–35.8) were found to be confirmed seropositive for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, and among those 197 (88.3%) had never been diagnosed with COVID-19. Seropositivity was not significantly associated with participants reporting COVID-19 compatible symptoms as most seropositive HCW participants 140 (62.8%) were asymptomatic. The large proportion of asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 cases detected in our study demands periodic testing as a general hospital policy.
