Ok, so the holidays are upon us and I've been thinking about my eating habits again.
I have been terrible about watching what I eat, but I'm going to try yet again to do it.
My mother makes tons of sweet things this time of year for us to snack on, and for some reason
this year I don't feel inclined to eat them. I might change my mind once they're right in front of
me but I'm going to try really hard this year to bypass what I can.
Also, I have to figure out what to do with all the candy that we'll get in our stockings.
I think I will separate some of it out as treats for Alex (although I am also watching closely the sugar that he gets because of the diabetes risk) and just trash the rest. Greg doesn't need it, I don't need it.
I should just drop hints to my mom that candy wouldn't be necessary in our stockings this year...
but it's tradition so I don't even know if she's listen to me *L*
I haven't even weighed myself in ages. I can gauge my weight by my clothes, and I don't think I've gained that much, if anything. They still fit! *L*
Kat, we need to talk about the weight loss challenge again. I think we've both fallen off the wagon *L*

I had 1 pb & j sammitch on wheat,
a sammitch baggie of strawberries whole, a baggie of baby carrots and Marzetti's single dip,
a trail mix bar...an apple cinnamon nutrigrain bar....
when I got home for dinner I had 2 Jimmy Dean's pancakes and sausage on a stick (think corn dog)
I ate a buttload of fruit yesterday....more cherries than I can count, two plums and a nectarine along with the other stuff above that I had over the course of the day. I also had a couple generous helpings of lasagna and two breadsticks.
I'm getting really tired of the same things over and over on my workdays but they are semi healthy, relatively cheap and easy.
*sigh*
I just find myself wanting to abandon my brought-in food for fast food...so far I've been successful.
