The evolution in different areas like e-business contributed to increase the number of data. So, ... more The evolution in different areas like e-business contributed to increase the number of data. So, a scalable database is required to accommodate a large number of data. Moreover, this data could be important and the number of accessing for reading or writing operations can make a pressure in some servers more than others, this pressure called unbalanced accessing. This will be achieved if a system that guarantees the distribution of this important data in useful form is used, because the pressure can causes a delay. Accordingly, when we design a multi storage node to keep this data, the pressure will transfer from a server to another. So, the proposed system searched for a satisfied solution to distribute all the users on the servers in a useful way to detect any mistake or repeating updating operation data by using identification feature. This method is applied on Hbase and called Clusterization.

The intensive use of e-government has created new challenges in government websites. Developing c... more The intensive use of e-government has created new challenges in government websites. Developing countries cannot escape from these challenges. Such challenges may include the quality of e-government websites services, the usability level, the culture of using internet services, the resistance of using new technology, technical limitations, and the response time. Despite the fact that evaluating e-government websites is not a new phenomenon, limited studies have been conducted in developing countries. Jordan, as one of these developing countries, suffers from the limited studies in this topic. In this paper, the researcher evaluated the official site of the Jordanian e-government. Experimental method has been employed as a methodological approach for data collection and analysis. To evaluate the official site of the Jordanian e-government (OSJEG), a considerable number of factors have been presented including: "quality of e-government websites services" as an dependent variable, the "usability level", the culture of using internet, the resistance of using new technology, technical limitations and the response time" as independent variables; Such factors have positive and negative effects over OSJEG. In addition, several documents have been analyzed as a secondary data. Finally, according to the results from this research, this paper suggests several recommendations that aimed to improve the quality of OSJEG. However, a considerable number of weaknesses in OSJEG could be taken into consideration.

The analytic and approximate solutions are given with serie form in the spaces W[a,b] and H[a,b]. The method used in this the is has several advantages; first, it is of global nature in terms of the solutions obtained as well as its ability to solve othe r mathematical, physical, and engineering problems; second, it is accurate , ne d less effort to achieve the results, and is developed es pecially for the nonlinear cases; third, in the proposed method, it is possib le to pick any point in the interval of integration and as well the approximate solutions will be applicable; fourth, the method does not re quire discretization of the variables, and it is not effecte d by computation round off errors and one is not faced with necessity of large c omputer memory and time. Results presented in this thesissh ow potentiality, generality, and superiority of our method as compared with t he Range Kutta method.

Based on the huge development in the field of telecommunications and information technology and t... more Based on the huge development in the field of telecommunications and information technology and the effectiveness of this development in many different fields especially in education, this research aims to make a comparative study between private and public universities in Jordan by investigating the factors that affect the student's attitude towards the use of E-learning system. The study sample consisted of (489) students selected randomly cluster from University of Jordan (JU) and Zarqa University (ZU). The technology acceptance model (TAM) is used in the analysis as a conceptual research framework of E-learning adoption. According to that, a questionnaire distributed to281 students in more than 15faculties at University of Jordan as a public university. The same questionnaire distributed to 208 students in more than 15 faculties at Zarqa University as a private university for the academic year 2015-2016. The results showed that the percentage of students who indicated positive attitude towards the use of the E-learning system in both universities is high.

Elearning is increasingly being used in universities as a new learning technology that helps meet student-cantered learning paradigms. In addition, many universities in many countries in the world use the E-learning system but many of them still need to understand at the end the user acceptance process to this technology. This study focuses on the factors that would examine the students' attitude towards E-learning and its effectiveness in successful use. The technology acceptance model (TAM) is used in the analysis as a conceptual research framework of E-learning adoption. This paper intends to investigate factors affecting the student's attitude towards the use of the E-learning system at Girne American University (GAU) in North Cyprus. The responses of 133 students from more than 15 different departments on the online questionnaire are analyzed, and the result shows that students are interested and satisfied to use the E-learning system, in turn, the result suggests increasing the awareness of faculty members about the necessity of integrating E-learning in the educational process.

Zarqa University (ZU) students in Jordan are the target of this study. A questionnaire was developed to achieve the study's objectives and distributed to (300) students in ZU. The questionnaire has 5 variables, four variables (Web design, Privacy, Security and E-services quality) are used as independent variables and "attracting students to ZU" is used as dependent variable. The result has found and concluded that the e-marketing technology has a positive effect on attracting students to private universities. Thus, this study could provide scientific foundations for universities to determining the impact of e-marketing on attracting students. In addition, this study is important in practical terms because it is considered as the quality of e-making systems to meet the needs of customers, which raises their confidence in the educational sector. The results concluded that the level of e-marketing technology towards the private universities sites in Jordan has increased. The Integrated M-Learning and ELearning system, (IMELS) was utilized on a sample of students (n = 52) who attended Artificial Intelligent course at a large urban college in Jordan. The pretest/ post-test design was used to investigate the students’ academic achievement, interaction and satisfaction. ANOVA test was conducted to compare the achievement scores between the BL with IMELS group and face-to-face learning group. The post-test revealed a significant difference between the two groups in favour of the treatment group. Findings also showed that interaction types were positively associated with satisfaction of the students exposed to the IMELS in favour of learner-instructor interaction. Thus, the m-learning comes to existence as a learning method that uses the mobile. M-learning is a kind of learning that uses the mobile devices like digital cell phone, personal digital assistants and laptops. The aim of this paper is to improve the m-learning systems, in particular provide the requested knowledge to the learners with less constraint in terms of devices, locations and networks in use. The system uses WiFi network and it has many services to improve the education process which makes M-learning system a full system that has SMS, announcement, homework and quiz service and give feedback for learners. The main service in the system is the quiz part which includes a novel idea in the education field that uses the new generation of technologies. The developed system is good, friendly, and it can improve the distant education systems. An access point, used to make a wireless network covers huge areas, makes the service available to users in a wide range. The most important individuals involved in the research are teachers, students, and educational organizations such as: universities, schools, institutes, or anyone who looks for a proper m-learning that exactly suits his demands.

E-learning is increasingly being used in universities as a new learning technology that helps meet student-cantered learning paradigms. In addition, many universities in many countries in the world use the E-learning system but many of them still need to understand at the end the user acceptance process to this technology. This study focuses on the factors that would examine the students' attitude towards E-learning and its effectiveness in successful use. The technology acceptance model (TAM) is used in the analysis as a conceptual research framework of E-learning adoption. This paper intends to investigate factors affecting the student's attitude towards the use of the E-learning system at Girne American University (GAU) in North Cyprus. The responses of 133 students from more than 15 different departments on the online questionnaire are analyzed, and the result shows that students are interested and satisfied to use the E-learning system, in turn, the result suggests increasing the awareness of faculty members about the necessity of integrating E-learning in the educational process.
