Helena Air Service Alliance (original) (raw)
Air service retention and development is highly
competitive and requires community effort. Gaining new airline service often involves incentives to offset the economic risks for
airlines. Airports cannot use their funds for incentives but can offer limited fee waivers to
all airlines. The Helena Air Service Alliance raises community-generated funds to attract airlines. The fund is now open for donations, ensuring
the community is prepared to act when opportunities arise.
The Helena Air Service Alliance is a partnership between the Helena Regional Airport Authority, Helena Area Chamber of Commerce, Montana Business Assistance Connection, and the Helena Tourism Alliance, and numerous Helena area community partners working to ensure that Helena has the best air service possible.
