What are Daily Deviations, and how can I suggest art for a Daily Deviation feature? (original) (raw)
Daily Deviations are works of art featured each day by a select group of Community Volunteers and DeviantArt staff members. These features are designed to give each featured artist an opportunity to have their artwork seen by a broader portion of the DeviantArt community.
Daily Deviation Suggestion Guidelines
- Please send the artwork you’re suggesting to only one of the designated volunteers or team members. Sending the same suggestion to multiple people (or sending the same artwork multiple times) does not increase the odds of the artwork being featured.
- Artists can only receive one Daily Deviation feature in a 6-month period, so check to make sure the artist whose work you’re suggesting hasn’t been featured recently.
- Anyone can suggest artwork to be featured as a Daily Deviation, and you are welcome to suggest your own artwork for a feature, as well!

What do I do if I have an issue with one of the works featured as a Daily Deviation?
Please do not leave your issue in a comment on the deviation. Time and care goes into deciding what deviations are selected as Daily Deviations, and the artists themselves aren't involved in that process beyond having their work featured.
That said, if you have an issue or concern related to a Daily Deviation feature, you can send a Note to moonbeam13 to voice your concern. Please note that unless the deviation violates DeviantArt's policies in some way, it is unlikely the feature will be removed.
