Physical and mental health may be impacted by poor sleep quality. Individual sleep quality can be disturbed in those who feel stress owing to problems with their daily lives (Daily Hassles) as well as the conditions of loneliness they encounter. The goal of this study is to determine how factors like daily loneliness and deep loneliness affect sleep quality. In this study, 152 people participated as respondents. This study employs a multivariate regression analysis approach to quantitative research. According to studies, (Daily Hassles) and loneliness can accurately predict 35.2% of people's sleep quality. While loneliness has a 14.2% impact on sleep quality, daily lack of money plays a part in 31.6% of the relationship. In the implementation of the research, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce the amount of (Daily Hassles) and loneliness by implementing sleep hygiene, promoting good health, and enhancing the function of social support.

Cruelty to animals distinguishes some steps: curiosity, exploration, imitates or even the aggressive act refers to animal cruelty. The ignorance toward these aggressive acts led to Conduct Disorder or even Antisocial Personality Disorder. Animal Cruelty reached an agreement as to the unethical act with intentional tortures, unintentionally suffering causes death. Cruelty is done on purpose and with intentional time. This research aims as a reference for animal cruelty in childhood by proposing some research summary in (1) Animal Cruelty framework, (2) Animal Cruelty relation among child abuse and domestic violence; (3) Developmental Psychology reference: Children aggressive acts toward animal; (4) animal cruelty and psychology disorder and (5) clinical pathway childhood cruelty to animals. The research conducts a literature review by describing a theory, discussion, and results from textbooks, articles, and journals. This article had synthesized 16 research articles that have been identifying through an online database and manual search for selected research. The researcher analyzed, compared the results taken from some literature, identifies the pros and cons, and proposing findings and discussions. In conclusion, animal cruelty defines as a crucial marker for mental health that relates to Conduct Disorder to Antisocial Personality Disorder. The role of adults is vital in minimizing children's acts for committing animal cruelty by nurturing empathy. Humane education program is one of efforts to teach empathy since early childhood.

Salah satu usaha dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan ialah dengan melakukan kegiatan Penelitian... more Salah satu usaha dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan ialah dengan melakukan kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, guru diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi masalah yang dapat menghambat kegiatan pembelajaran, diantaranya keadaan dan karakteristik siswa yang bermacam-macam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru mengenai Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, 2) membantu pendidik memahami tahapan perkembangan remaja dalam rangka pengidentifikasian masalah di kelas, 3) meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya kompetensi observasi perilaku di kelas sehingga diharapkan pendidik mampu lebih peka dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 15 guru SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga dan SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Purwokerto ini ialah meningkatnya kesadaran peningkatan kualitas kelas melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas serta pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai karakteristik siswa usia remaja guna mendapatkan solusi yang tepat untuk pemecahan masalah yang terjadi di dalam kelas. Peserta memberikan tanggapan yang bagus pada kegiatan ini dan berharap diadakan kembali serta diadakan di sekolah-sekolah lainnya. Kata kunci : guru, penelitian tindakan kelas, tahapan perkembangan remaja.

However, it is not widely known that human-animal interactions provides positive effect to child development. The study aims to increase literacy regarding human and animal interaction that also looks at the impacts to child development. This study uses an approach of narrative review that examines and analyzes the selected eight papers. This article investigated some of the following aspects of child development in the social-emotional, cognitive and moral development associate with the interaction between children and companion animals. The analysis shows that aspects of social-emotional development assist children, improving their ability to express emotions and conduct emotional regulation. For cognitive development, helps children while interacting with animals and eases children increasing their biological knowledge about animals and children might learn the cognitive empathy related to Theory of Mind. For moral development, it helps children to act pro-social and empathy.

This research was conducted on 70 parents or guardians of elementary school students. This study used qualitative research method. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman models with the following steps; (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions / verification. Mahasiswa yang stres cenderung mengalami kualitas tidur yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi peran kualitas tidur terhadap stres akademik. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 153 mahasiswa aktif dengan rentang usia 18-24 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kualitas tidur, dan stress akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidur dapat memprediksi sebesar 28,2% terhadap stress akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa. This study aims to determine the moral development of children during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the role of adults in the formation of children's moral development during the pandemic. The subjects of this study amounted to 104 people who are parents or siblings who are in the same house with children in Pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques used are questionnaires through Google Form. The survey results show that only 75% of parents or siblings of children make regulations related to social distancing, while 25% do not make regulations related to social distancing. Basically, the attitude shown by adults will have a big influence on the children moral’s reasoning about social distancing.
