Open Access Pass Programs are free and occur on a recurring basis at the following centers:
- Belmont Recreation Center – OAP Schedule
- Deep Run Recreation Center – OAP Schedule
- Eastern Henrico Recreation Center – OAP Schedule
- The Springs Recreation Center – OAP Schedule

Participants 18 & under must be accompanied by an adult for the initial sign-up process.
Participants 15 & under must always be accompanied by an adult for participation.
Community Rooms
Offer a variety of recreational activities and games. Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
