** Multi Fandom Hentai Contest **
Rules & Regulations, revised 2013-01-11
The Multi Fandom Hentai Contest (MFHC) is an adult oriented writing contest community open to all fandoms with the exception of original works*. It offers bi-weekly prompts and awards. Entries need to be adult-rated featuring any character, pairing, genre, etc, provided that a warning is given when appropriate.
In the interest of keeping this a fandom based community, original fics are allowed on a case by case basis, ask 
kiramaru7 permission first before posting original work as an entry. Also no RPF or Real Person fic allowed.
The bashing of authors, fandoms, characters/pairings, genres, etc, will not be tolerated - neither is plagiarism!

1. Members
To join the MFHC you must be:
a) an adult 18 years old (birthday must be visible/verifiable)
b) respectful of other members //this includes warning for triggers or squicks//
c) fair to any fandom, character, pairing, genre, etc
You do not need to participate to be a member, but it is more fun if you do.
2. Prompts
A prompt is issued bi-weekly. It starts Saturday @ 12am (EST) and ends the second Saturday after @ 12am (EST). The vote starts immediately after the prompt ends and runs for five days, until Thursday @ 12am (EST). The winners post will be posted on Friday.
A prompt with fewer than 3 entries will be skipped and the entries cannot be resubmitted. A prompt with 3 entries will be awarded only a 'Winning' Place. A prompt with more than 3 entries will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places. The mods reserve the right to award Honorable Mention banners if the feel they are appropriate. Anyone who participates is welcome to snag the participation banner.
3. Entries
A member is restricted to one entry per prompt. They are not moderated and are f-locked by default. The header for the story must be present and visible. The main body of an entry must be under a cut, no matter the length.
Entries may be posted in a journal and linked back to, but the journal must be public not friend locked. They can be cross-posted to any other location. You can recycle stories that were written for other things as entries as long as they fit the prompt, don't go over word count and have not been posted here before.
The min/max word limits are set at the announcement of the prompt; you are allowed to go under/over these limits, however, that will be noted during the vote and can be considered a strike against the entry, so try to stay within the limit to keep it a fair competition.

4. Voting
The vote starts immediately after the prompt is ended and runs until the following Thursday @ 12am (EST)
You cannot self-vote!
Your votes are given weights depending on the type of award:
a) for "Winning" Place: each vote is given 1 point
b) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places: 1st place choice is given 5 points, 2nd place choice is given 3 points and 3rd place choice is given 1 point.
