Rules:

1. You must vote on at least four applications before you post unless there aren't enough available.
2. Include an explanation behind your votes. It doesn't have to be an essay, but it shows you put thought into your vote rather than sheepvoted. If I see that you're making a habit of sheepvoting, I will disqualify your votes and you'll have to go back and edit them if you want to be stamped.
3. Be sure to put something about “Brains” in your subject line if you're posting the personality app. If you're posting the mirror app put, "It's like swimming but inside out!"
4. You are allowed to have two unstamped apps up at a time, but no more.
5. On that note, make sure to tag your apps as !unstamped.
6. Anyone from the Heroes universe is an option, including comic-only characters.
7. Insults and rudeness won't be tolerated and is an instant ban.
8. unsolvable or khadaj will stamp you after five votes of the same character or after one week.
9. I shouldn't have to say this, but read the apps. Don't vote someone as Nathan just because they like politics or someone as Nikki just because they have blonde hair.
