Currently, there is a dire need for an article that presents a holistic literature survey of worldwide, theoretical frameworks and practical experiences in the field of artificial intelligence. This paper reports the state-of the-art on artificial intelligence in an integrated, concise, and elegantly distilled manner to show the experiences in the field. In particular, this paper provides a broad review of recent developments within the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications. The work is targeted at new entrants to the artificial intelligence field. It also reminds the experienced researchers about some of the issue they have known.

An article started with an overview or description of "urban area." This perspective covers local services, smart infrastructure or amenities, using information and technology, interconnection, monitoring, and usage of digital operations, among other topics. The following section looks at specific issues in urban planning, expansion, or administration. Innovative technologies enable effective utilization of various facts about towns or respond to standard of quality public infrastructure. A preceding portion of an article provides an overview of urban planning software and systems. To meet the difficulties of advanced towns, integrated web products or apps should be implemented, managed, or approved. A summary chapter provides a review of certain issues linked to technical support providers.

Despite the boom of cloud and the numerous favorable circumstances, for example, financial advantage, rapid elastic resource pool, and on-demand benefit, endeavor clients are yet hesitant to send their business in the cloud and the paradigm likewise makes difficulties for the two clients and suppliers. An absence of fitting answers for such difficulties may cause dangers, which may exceed the normal advantages of utilizing the paradigm. To address the difficulties and related dangers, an orderly hazard the board practice is vital that guides clients dissect the two advantages and dangers identified with cloud-based frameworks. The point of this paper is to provide better comprehension to configuration difficulties of cloud computing and distinguish essential research heading in such manner as this is an expanding area.

Cloud Computing is growingly substantial global growth in the business facility. The business facility of Cloud Computing experience embraces on-demand services, better suppleness of services, lower IT raised value, and amended efficiency. It has freshly emerged as a overpower paradigm for the guide and communicate service over the web. As a result, business organizations are growingly embracing Cloud Computing technology for of these distinguish interests. In this paper, I describe Cloud Computing, different services handy on the cloud framework, deployment models, and the characteristic kinds of cloud. By appearance into the Cloud Computing benefit available, this paper research the advantages, and in addition the downsides inside the business domain, and the emergence of Cloud Computing in business.

Open supply GIS applications square measure unit gaining relevant market shares in business, academia, and public administration. The target of this study is to spotlight benefits and drawbacks of the utilization of proprietary and free/open-source code for applications involving geospatial knowledge. Open source code is that sort of code that may be freely used, changed, and shared by anyone. Generally, the open source code is formed by many folks, and distributed below licenses that go with the Open Source Definition. There are presently many open source GIS code solutions that obligatory themselves in GIS environments and gained ground against proprietary GIS branded solutions. The aim of this article is to spotlight the characteristics of the 2 classes of code - Open source and Proprietary GIS Systems, like simple implementation and smart usability, analytical and show capability and practicality of open source GIS solutions like QGIS and a few benefits of mistreatment them.

In this paper, we are investigating two GIS programs which can be used to create GIS solutions —the commercial Esri’s ArcGIS and the free and opensource QGIS. It considers applications in sustainable spatial planning by comparing the software quality of the leading, proprietary ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5.1 software with the open source QGIS Desktop 2.18 software. We compare the various parameters for both GIS software like Costs and Licenses, Development and Distribution, Training and Support. Then we check the features and functionality of both software. The utilization of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) brings incredible favorable circumstances for crafted by planers, however, the specification and complexity of the program make it expensive and the purchase must be considered wisely, especially in small planning organizations. This paper gives managing standards to spatial planning organizations concerning the possibility of replacing ArcGIS software through QGIS software depending on their specific tasks as well as the skills of their employees. It highlights one of the GIS software but to conduct an evaluation of the two GIS software concerning their suitability for specific cartographic and analytic tasks.
The extent of this paper isn't to expound whereupon programming is the better GIS programming. The appropriateness of one of the GIS programming will dependably be reliant on the client or organization with
their needs and assets.

The objective of this study is to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the use of proprietary and free/opensource software involving GIS. Recently open source softwares have started playing a vital role in industry, academics and research. In the last few decades, field of GIS has witnessed a rapid transformation and has witnessed the emergence of various proprietary and open source GIS softwares. In this paper we investigate and present an analysis of open source GIS software systems against its proprietary counterparts, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. We examine the different desktop GIS software projects in terms of their main characteristics and functionality and compare them with ArcGIS and QGIS which are one of the most popular GIS software systems today. We conclude by listing the future scope in the development of open source GIS software systems.
