Ronald “Slim” Williams is the new owner of a 30,300 square foot mansion in South Florida, reports the Miami Herald. The sale is apparently top-secret, and was done under a company called S Vision LLC, but it was later reported that Williams purchased the estate in Weston, Fla.’s triple-gated community known as Windmill Ranch, for $7.15 million in cash.

His new home features nine bedrooms, and 12 bathrooms.

Although many on Cash Money like to boast about their riches, Williams is much more reserved. Rather than making an announcement about the new residence, most involved in the deal were sworn to secrecy, as real estate agents were made to sign a 14-page confidentiality agreement.

The story was leaked to the press after real estate sources revealed that Williams was the owner of the home.

As the co-founder of Cash Money alongside his brother Bryan “Birdman ”Williams, the 45-year-old heads a roster that includes Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj and more. “People see the finished produced of us when they see them on the video but they don’t see the hard work that it took to get [to] that point,” Slim said of his success.

Williams has an estimated net worth of $100 million. See flicks of his new house below.
