Summary: In late 16th century Scotland, Mary Winchester disappears from the market near her Dalkeith home. Frantic, her husband John scours the countryside for word of her whereabouts, but all he can find are increasingly-disturbing signs that Mary's capture is related to her family's history as Border raiders. Meanwhile, in present-day America, something is targeting and killing hunters. Sheriff Jody Mills knows that Dean Winchester hates witches, but she's running out of people to call.

Summary: Wexford, 1798, Merlin is the Catholic groundskeeper on the manor belonging to Anglo-Irish aristocrat Arthur Pendragon, scion of a generation of absentee lords. While Merlin's day job entails looking after Arthur's property, he's also involved with the United Irishmen, whose object is to unite the people of Ireland against the English. Political upheaval is about to plunge the country into turmoil. In the midst of all this stands Arthur Pendragon, who's become Merlin's staunch friend in spite of everything that divides them: faith, class, position, and obligation.

Posting in this big bang will commence on April 15. Since we have only 8 writers (writers with no artists, I will be contacting you shortly about doing your art for you, no worries!), I'd like for there to be a posting of a single story a day.
This means that April 15-23, a story will be posted. This will be a first come, first serve basis so get in the date you want to post as soon as you can.
If you do not think you will be ready to post on any of those days, please contact me ASAP and we can work something out.
I also apologize for taking so long to post this. I meant to post it on time, but there is some serious craziness in my life and the dates have been speeding by faster than I'd like. :/

Please let me know if you have an artist and if they have been in touch when you send your email. Two of the stories were JUST claimed so you might be paired. I need to send that info to writer and artist. For the others, I will try to scramble up an artist in the next week. If I can not, I will do artwork for you. :)
The post for picking a posting-date will go up around March 29. Posting will officially begin on April 15.
Below are the current story summaries. Please copy and paste the following information into your comment to claim the summary you wish to work on. As stories are claimed, they will have a strikethrough added showing they are claimed and I will ensure that writers and artists are given one another's contact information.
If you were pre-paired with an artist due to request, your summary is still here but automatically struck through. If I *missed* a pre-pairing, please let me know so I can strike that through.
If you know any artists that may want to participate, please send them our way. They can sign up at the artist sign-up post merely so I have their contact info and I can pair people up when art is claimed.
Also- if you go back to the summaries post and see yours is gone, that's because I deleted the comments as I added them to this post. So if there is a problem with the summary listed because of something I did or you need to add to it, just send me a PM and let me know what summary number it is and what you need change.
ETA: If you are a writer who has still not turned in a summary, please don't despair. Just add it to the Summaries post, and I will add the summaries to the claims.

I am sincerely sorry for not getting the art claims post up last weekend. With the crazy weather, it's screwed with my work schedule, my homework schedule, and my health- which has cut into my free time to get the artist claim post up for stories. Due to this, all deadlines will be extended by a week and the claims' post will be up tomorrow (2/17).
Please post your summaries for your stories. If you don't have an official summary but know generally what you are writing, that's okay. The summary is for artists to claim, which I'll be posting February 9, 2014 for artists to start claiming, so you have a couple extra days than normal to post your summary.
