  In partnership with Dialogue in the Dark, JLL Hong Kong recently hosted the "Inclusion Employment In Action" event in our office, bringing together 30 clients and client-based employees for an insightful discussion on inclusive employment practices! With this event, we aimed to raise awareness and understand about integrating people with disabilities in the workplace. We shared best practices for creating an inclusive work environment, while participants contributed their views and observations from their experiences. The engaging dialogue also highlighted the importance of diversity and the value it brings to organizations.   Congratulations to our client Towngas Smart Energy on listing its "Zero Carbon Smart Phase 1 Green Asset-Backed Special Plan (Carbon Neutral)" on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange! It is the first successful REITs-like product issued by a Hong Kong company in mainland China, and also the first in the market for distributed photovoltaic and energy storage in the industrial and commercial sectors. Towngas Smart Energy, a leading distributed photovoltaic energy operator in China, demonstrates its commitment to quality management and innovative financing with this issuance. As global energy structures and China's economy continue to develop, the renewable energy industry is showing great vitality. This REITs-like product serves as a pioneer in innovative capital operations for new energy, promoting the expansion of financing channels for different enterprises.
