However, I had a hiccup with the valet service. They mixed up the key for my Tesla, resulting in a frustrating hour and a half wait to retrieve my car. Staff were friendly and tried to help, but the communication breakdown was disappointing. Luckily, my experience at the rooftop pool made up for it. The pool area, while a bit crowded, offered a relaxing vibe after a long day exploring the city. The bartenders by the pool could be quicker though, and I found the drinks a bit overpriced. The breakfast at Criollo was a highlight, with attentive service and delicious options. Our room was spacious with a sofa and a private bathroom. Spa facilities were nice, and the rooftop pool had stunning views of the city. Enjoyed the delicious beignets in the on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, just a block from Bourbon Street. Everything was clean and well-maintained.
