Welcome to 
hp_lovebirds, a fic and art exchange for femmeslash and female-centric gen!
♦ There are no age restrictions, but if you are under the age of 18, you will not be able to give or receive a gift with a rating higher than R.
♦ This should be obvious, but all requests should be for a f/f pairing, or gen with a female character as the focus.
♦ If you sign up for this exchange, please understand that you will be expected to complete your given assignment on time. If you have schedule conflicts or something comes up that forces you to withdraw from the exchange please notify the mods as soon as possible so that a backup writer can be found. If you drop out of the exchange or fail to complete your assignment on time without letting someone know first, then you will face the wrath of Fawkes.
♦ Please use the following template when signing up:
♦ Fics and art should be e-mailed to hplovebirds {at} gmail {dot} com by May 12th with this template as the header:
♦ All stories must be at least 1000 words in length. Stories need to be beta-read and are expected to adhere to the format outlined in the hp_lovebirds fic template. Art obviously has no minimum word count. When you e-mail in your gifts, please include html tags for any special formatting (italic, bold, etc.), and turn off smart quotes.
♦ All gifts will be posted from the mod account, 
girlykisses. Posting is restricted to the mods, so please do not attempt to post your fic/art here on your own. After all, this is an anonymous exchange, and you don't want to spoil the surprise.
♦ Do not post your fic or art outside of the community until after the authors and artists are revealed at the end of the exchange. Afterwards, feel free to cross-post to wherever you'd like, but it would be nice to mention in the notes that the gift was for hp_lovebirds.
♦ Your friendly hp_lovebirds mods are alittlewhisper, pansydarkbloom and happiestwhen. If you have any questions about the exchange, or your assignment in particular, you can always contact either one of them directly.
♦ Sign ups will remain open until March 5th. Assignments will be sent out on March 10th. Please have your fic/art finished and in the hplovebirds e-mail inbox by May 12th. We will begin posting gifts on June 1st. Once all gifts are posted, a masterlist will be compiled to reveal the identities of the authors and artists.
