COMPARATIVE DEBT MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF BAYER AND NESTLE CORPORATIONS (2012-2014), 2015

Debt management is the extent of institutional and technical arrangements in organizing the liabi... more Debt management is the extent of institutional and technical arrangements in organizing the liabilities of a country and corporations so that the debt service burden is kept within a sustainable level.
Nestle and Bayer are the most developed corporations in the field/area of health industry , Their comparative debt management analysis has been from the year 2012 to 2014.
After analysing different financial ratios specifically debt management ratios which measures the ability of a company to meet its financial obligiations when they fall down. These ratios usually compares the debts of a company to its assets. This inculdes Debt Ratio, interest coverage ratio, capitalization ratio, debt-to-equity ratio etc.
Nestle has been using 50% of finance using their equity and remaining of debts which slowly decreased their debts and this shows that Nestle used this decision to reduce their financial risk and become less dependent on leverage. But Bayern was using more debt than their equity becuase they were financialy healthy due to their interest rate ratio.Key recommendations for Nestle was to reduce their debt financing and increase their stability and for Bayer to use thier debt financing because more equity financing could be costly and ineffecient. Generally Debt Management for both NESTLE and BAYER is effecient and well organized for the years.

How Foreign Direct investment affect the growth of a country, what are the positive actions to be taken and what ways should be provided by the government of Afghanistan, foreign economic help, and people to make much of the monetary help from foreign investments and To make Afghanistan stand aside as a strong and independent economy.
Projects which are to be taken as priority by Afghan government for a faster improvement and to block all those ways which are making the chance to increase corruption, poverty and unemployment in Afghanistan.
All those provinces which needs heavy investment in different sectors such as agriculture, education, mines and minerals, energy and others, are being studied here.
What foreign businesses could be brought inside Afghanistan for attracting foreigns to invest inside Afghanistan but should not influence Local investors to invest their capital outside Afghanistan.

Islamic banking is a growing and settling sector in the industry of banking and finance. Through ... more Islamic banking is a growing and settling sector in the industry of banking and finance. Through this banking we can manage our investment and financial management system because Islamic banking with the characteristics of better finance management policies, risk management tools, its operating principles, and various investing products which distinguishes the conventional banking and Islamic banking systems, thus why major economies of the world started to implement and develop banking segment.
Islamic finance offers various contracts with specific investment which are interest free. These are Mudaraba, Musharakah, Murabaha, Salam, Istisna, and Ijarah. Which operates on profit and loss sharing and this feature make Islamic banks and capital in particular less risky and thus increase its financial sustainability. There are enough empirical evidences suggesting that Islamic banks are more sustainable to market fluctuation, especially after recent financial crisis.
Various services and researches show the significance and importance of Islamic banking practices and investment specially. According to MOODY’s credit rating agency “Islamic banking investment is to grow ten times more than it exists till the end of 2025.
This study will investigate and research the Islamic Banking practices and investment in Afghanistan as compared to other key Islamic states which are the leading players in this sector, so at the end the result could help develop the Islamic banking in Afghanistan and perform much better in today’s technological and rapidly developing world of e-commerce and e-banking and this clearly indicates the emergence of Islamic banking was dynamic and spread internationally.

We are a nation where the treasures of the world lie on our soil. Logar has the most co... more We are a nation where the treasures of the world lie on our soil. Logar has the most copper in the world, Bamiyan has the most iron ore in the region, and the Hajigak mine alone is estimated at 2070 million tons, of which (63-69%) percent is iron ore.
The east of the country has water, the price of a liter of which is equal to the price of a liter of oil from the rest of the world, and it has a season in which four seasons of the year are cultivated. Khost is a province rich in chromite, which China is using in its weapons. In short, our country's fertile soil has such treasures under its bosom, the regular use of which saves Afghans from starvation.
Unfortunately, the ongoing war here is for Afghanistan's mines and water. Precious stones are still being smuggled into Pakistan from many parts of the country, the Taliban provide security and the Taliban provide the same ground, and in some areas even Pakistani miners who know the precious stones are brought.
Water storage has just begun at the Kamal Khan Dam, upon completion, the Kamal Khan Dam will control 2788 million cubic meters of water, store 55 million cubic meters of water, irrigate 180000 hectares of farmland and have the capacity to generate 9 megawatts of electricity.
During the reign of Afghan President Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan in year 1966, reconstruction and survey work resumed, but was halted due to the Saur coup and other political factors
