Salary: 175,000−175,000 - 175,000−215,000 per year, based on experience

Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional and forward-thinking Vice President of Supply Chain to refine and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a commitment to operational excellence and sustainable practices. Reporting to the COO, this role will be instrumental in steering the company towards continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all supply chain functions including vendor selection, contract negotiations, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
• Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs while enhancing quality and sustainability.
• Develop and implement streamlined supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and boost profitability.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment.
• Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans for supply chain management in alignment with company goals.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, expansion, and market differentiation through operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, ideally in the fast-casual or restaurant sector.
• Proven success in managing supply chain dynamics, vendor relationships, and procurement best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and capacity to drive change and innovation.
• Passion for sustainability and operational excellence.

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.
