What is a venture exchange?

A venture exchange is a brand-new type of stock exchange that is currently pending legislation in the U.S. Congress. Once created, venture exchanges will expand the auction style stock exchange environment to small-to-mid sized companies, providing access to investment, liquidity, transparency, and improved regulation in this new marketplace.

When will the Dream Exchange venture exchange open?

In order to create the first venture exchange, a new piece of legislation called the Main Street Growth Act must be passed. Once enacted, the Main Street Growth Act will allow for venture exchanges to exist.

What types of companies will Dream Exchange list?

Dream Exchange will focus on expanding listings in the national market system to include smaller companies with a concentration on underserved markets especially those with innovative products and services.

Our listing platform will align with our Company’s goals: to help capital formation for companies with products that increase our ability to survive and flourish on our planet.

What makes Dream Exchange different from other stock exchanges?

There are three pillars of why Dream Exchange is different from other stock exchanges. These are:

  1. Increasing Diversity
Dream Exchange is a minority-controlled business and once open will be the first minority-controlled business to operate a stock exchange in U.S. history with a commitment to increasing participation in capital markets
  2. New Listings
Although there are currently 8 "families" of exchanges in the United States, only 2 of these exchanges are actively creating new company listings. Dream Exchange intends to apply for a listing license to bring new companies into the stock market.
  3. Small-to-Mid Sized, Early-Stage Businesses
Dream Exchange intends to open the first venture stock exchange that will list and trade small-to-mid sized, early-stage businesses providing unprecedented access to capital and liquidity in the private markets while maintaining a safe, regulated, stock exchange marketplace.
