Driving Growth and Progress: Advancing our 2030 Strategic Ambitions We’re excited to share our Year-End Trading Update, highlighting another year of solid progress toward our 2030 Strategy. Highlights • Solid strategic progress with respect to our 2030 Strategy, with key milestones delivered within OCTG and Subsea product groups. • 2024 trading and financial outturn in line with previous guidance and market expectations, with EBITDA in the range of 123−123-123−126m. Group revenue is expected to be in the range of 1,040−1,040-1,040−1,050m. • EBITDA margin of c.12% is likely to be reported for the year, up from 11% in 2023, as anticipated. • Strong cash generation delivered in Q4 2024, with total cash and bank / (borrowings)1 at the year-end expected to be 100−100-100−105m, ahead of the guidance provided in October 2024. • Following a record order book performance in H1 2024, Hunting’s sales order book closed the year at c.$500m following the conversion of large orders into revenue throughout H2 2024.
