Overview
The Technology Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing infrastructure support and management of moderately complex technical networks including administering, designing, and maintaining network configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining software packages, providing configuration skills, and assisting in managing the operations of a Wide Area Network
- Acting in the role of application consultant
- Being a resource to IT departmental staff when determining hardware/software compatibility, evaluating computer software, multimedia, telecommunications and other technology programs and curricular applications
- Developing and supporting administrative system-wide software applications
- Monitoring and sustaining the infrastructure of a large and complex WAN configuration including voice and data capabilities
- Consulting with related vendors, faculty, staff, and management regarding IT projects
- Performing analysis of IT issues and determining the necessary resolutions
- Preparing, testing, and installing various types of network cabling
- Acting in the role of trainer for IT topics
- Supporting the diocesan technology services helpdesk
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Supportive of the mission of the Catholic Church
- Ability to satisfactorily complete background checks and training applicable to diocesan requirements
- Associate’s degree in information systems and three years of practical experience or five years of practical experience in related field
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware and software programs and able to stay current with technology trends
- Able to confidently trouble shoot and provide resolution to IT issues
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capable of presenting professionally in appearance, communication and demeanor
Working Conditions
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt
Work Status: Full-time
Physical Requirements: Lifting to 25 pounds, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time, repetitiously using keyboard
Hours Per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Overview
The Parish Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Parish Pastor, staff and associated organizations and general business procedures while communicating in a professional and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Typing, printing, and mailing documents such as the weekly bulletin, meeting agendas and minutes, programs, worship aids, etc.
- Assuming the role of receptionist for visitors to the parish office and for answering telephone calls
- Maintaining the parish calendar
- Processing mail and distributing parish and diocesan communications
- Updating parish lists and census information
- Preparing liturgical schedules
- Maintaining sacramental records
- Retaining an accurate account of mass intentions, scheduling masses in accordance with parish policy
- Preparing church and meeting areas for weekly use, funerals, and special events
- Maintaining record of clearances for staff and volunteers, training scheduling for office volunteers
- Scheduling utilization of parish facilities in coordination with Finance Administrator

Overview
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the implementation and overall organization of business tasks in the Finance Office by completing the following duties in a professional and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high level administrative support by coordinating the functions of the finance department to include answering and initiating phone calls on CFO’s behalf, managing applicable calendars and schedules, coordinating all aspects of associated meetings and implementing mailings and communications processes

Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall business and financial activities of the Parish. This position will be part time initially to transition to full time Spring of 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Implementing all accounting functions to include processing payroll, AR/AP, maintaining chart of accounts, reconciling statements, invoicing, creating and generating associated financial reports and coordinating parish deposits
- Preparing diocesan reports as requested
- Responsible for registering and maintaining records of baptisms, first communions, confirmations, marriages, deaths, new members, etc.
- Provide parishioners with annual giving statements
- Responsible for overseeing general office operations
- Perform routine office work as well as ordering office and church supplies
- Maintain a current list of all homebound and nursing home parishioners. Send a bulletin to them each week and a birthday card
- Prepare a monthly Ministry Schedule
- Prepare the Prayer of the Faithful Petitions for the weekend Masses
- Assist with the weekend collection, depositing and posting
- Assist with fundraisers and activities to include ordering supplies, making bank deposits and maintaining financial records/reports
- Attend all Parish meetings except the Cemetery Meetings
- Assist with scheduling Mass intentions and weekly bulletin as needed
