The impacts of scientific-technological development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution have crea... more The impacts of scientific-technological development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution have created potentials and opportunities for the enhancement of acting capability, productivity of organizations in general and enterprises in particular. Facing the rapid changes of technology and operational modes, in order to achieve a sustainable development, corporates need to renovate their core elements such as human resources and culture. This article discuss the role of corporate culture as an instrument for responsible and sustainable business. Especially after the SARSCoV-2 pandemic, corporate culture has received the most attention over other solutions because it is both an immediate and a permanent solution in theory as well as in practice. From that, the authors also suggests some directions for the renovation of corporate culture corresponding to the current digital transformation process.

This study relates the demand for quality foods in Hanoi in terms of its nutritional composition,... more This study relates the demand for quality foods in Hanoi in terms of its nutritional composition, diversity, price, processing stage, source, and extent eaten outside home with urbanization and enhanced incomes. The vast differences in these foods quality parameters across different socioeconomic groups and regions in and around Hanoi city suggest the changing nature of the food quality with increased income and urbanization. One lesson learned from this analysis is that urbanization and increased income may not necessarily bring all positive changes in food quality. While the diet becomes more balanced in terms of micronutrient, the increased demand for fat-based calories, processed and restaurant foods, and drift away from fresh sources of farm and home-garden foods raised alarm for food quality and safety. These trends provide a space for government policies to intervene for the purpose of maintaining hygiene standards of food and public health.

Bệnh cần được chẩn đoán sớm và điều trị để tránh làm ảnh hưởng tới chức năng thận. Hiện nay, chưa có khuyến cáo rõ ràng về điều trị tối ưu cho nhồi máu thận cấp. Can thiệp hút huyết khối qua đường ống thông kèm điều trị nội khoa phối hợp có thể là một lựa chọn trong chiến lược điều trị bệnh nhân nhồi máu thận cấp. Phương pháp: Báo cáo ca lâm sang. Kết quả: Chúng tôi báo cáo ca lâm sàng hiếm gặp tại Viện Tim Mạch, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai. Bệnh nhân nam, 34 tuổi nhập viện vì đau vùng hông lưng trái với huyết khối cấp tính gây tắc nhánh cực trên động mạch thận trái, được chẩn đoán và điều trị kịp thời và cho kết quả điều trị tốt. Kết luận: Nhồi máu thận cấp là một bệnh không phổ biến và dễ bị bỏ sót. Việc chọn lựa phương pháp điều trị phụ thuộc vào từng trường hợp cụ thể.

We study the amplitude dynamics of two-dimensional (2D) solitons in a fast collision described by... more We study the amplitude dynamics of two-dimensional (2D) solitons in a fast collision described by the coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations with a saturable nonlinearity and weak nonlinear loss. We extend the perturbative technique for calculating the collision-induced dynamics of two onedimensional (1D) solitons to derive the theoretical expression for the collision-induced amplitude dynamics in a fast collision of two 2D solitons. Our perturbative approach is based on two major steps. The first step is the standard adiabatic perturbation for the calculations on the energy balance of perturbed solitons and the second step, which is the crucial one, is for the analysis of the collision-induced change in the envelope of the perturbed 2D soliton. Furthermore, we also present the dependence of the collision-induced amplitude shift on the angle of the two 2D colliding-solitons. In addition, we show that the current perturbative technique can be simply applied to study the collision-induced amplitude shift in a fast collision of two perturbed 1D solitons. Our analytic calculations are confirmed by numerical simulations with the corresponding coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations in the presence of the cubic loss and in the presence of the quintic loss.

This paper proposes to exploit content and usage information to rearrange an inverted index for a... more This paper proposes to exploit content and usage information to rearrange an inverted index for a full-text IR system. The idea is to merge the entries of two frequently co-occurring terms, either in the collection or in the answered queries, to form a single, paired, entry. Since postings common to paired terms are not replicated, the resulting index is more compact. In addition, queries containing terms that have been paired are answered faster since we can exploit the pre-computed posting intersection. In order to choose which terms have to be paired, we formulate the term pairing problem as a Maximum-Weight Matching Graph problem, and we evaluate in our scenario efficiency and efficacy of both an exact and a heuristic solution. We apply our technique: (i) to compact a compressed inverted file built on an actual Web collection of documents, and (ii) to increase capacity of an in-memory posting list. Experiments showed that in the first case our approach can improve the compression ratio of up to 7.7%, while we measured a saving from 12% up to 18% in the size of the posting cache.

In this new method called "The heuristic particle swarm optimization(HPSO)", we use heuristics to choose the next particle to update its velocity and position. By using heuristics , the convergence rate to local minimum is faster. To avoid premature convergence of the swarm, the particles are reinitialized with random velocity when moving too close to the global best position. The combination of heuristics and reinitialization mechanism make HPSO outperform the basic PSO and recent versions of PSO.

Bi 1−x Ho x FeO 3 (x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) polycrystalline ceramics were synthesized... more Bi 1−x Ho x FeO 3 (x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) polycrystalline ceramics were synthesized by a solidstate reaction and their structural, absorption, Raman scattering, impedance and magnetic properties were investigated. The substitution of rare earth Ho for Bi was found to decrease the impurity phase in BiFeO 3 ceramics. There appears an anomalous change in the lattice constants, optical band gap as well as the impedance spectroscopy and magnetization of samples at x = 0.10, suggesting a limit of dissolubility of Ho doped ions in BiFeO 3. Additionally, the Raman measurement performed for the lattice dynamics study of Bi 1−x Ho x FeO 3 samples reveals a band centered at around 1000-1300 cm −1 which is associated with the resonant enhancement of two-phonon Raman scattering in the multiferroic Bi 1−x Ho x FeO 3 samples. Ho-doped BiFeO 3 also showed a ferromagnetic-like behavior with M r = 1070 × 10 −4 and M s = 1.60 emu/g for optimum content x = 0.10, which is similar to the solid solution system of BiFeO 3 .

There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19 or therapeutic agent to treat COVID-19. This clinical trial is designed to evaluate chloroquine as a potential therapeutic for the treatment of hospitalised people with COVID-19. We hypothesise that chloroquine slows viral replication in patients with COVID-19, attenuating the infection, and resulting in more rapid decline of viral load in throat/nose swabs. This viral attenuation should be associated with improved patient outcomes. Method: The study will start with a 10-patient prospective observational pilot study following the same entry and exclusion criteria as for the randomized trial and undergoing the same procedures.
