Along with these advances, the challenges of leadership have also changed in the face of these technological changes. This study tries to examine various literature related to leadership, politics and technological challenges in an effort to find the problems of the study to be discussed. Then the findings were as follows; First, leadership from a sociological perspective is leadership that faces challenges in accordance with technological developments. To deal with it, then as a leader it is necessary to implement the AGIL system by holding Islamic principles. Second, leadership from a political perspective is a leader who has challenges with individuals, institutions, organizations, parties and other institutions so that in facing these challenges.

Technology has greatly improved and made learning English easier in this day and age. Machine tra... more Technology has greatly improved and made learning English easier in this day and age. Machine translation (MT) is the use of computers to translate documents from one human language into another. This research aims to examine the machine translation in enhancing English vocabulary mastery for University Students. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Vocabulary comprehension is considered to be a difficult subject, although the majority of pupils find it difficult. Due to the complexity of word forms, word choices, and various meanings, learning to master English vocabulary can be difficult. Google Translate is one program that employs multilingual translation processes using online machine translation (MT) methodologies. The results showed that vocabulary learning strategies should be applied in the classroom to boost university students' vocabulary expansion. To increase one's command of the target language and advance to competency levels, one must learn new vocabulary. Therefore, researchers are always looking for the best approach to teach vocabulary by using machine translation.

This is carried out through the crucial role of information and communication technology in English language education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the utilization of information and communication technology as learning resources for English language education. The utilized analytical methods were obtained from a literature review on the relevant sources observed through Google Scholar. The results showed that technology carried out the following, (1) promoted teacherstudent interaction, (2) provided understandable input and output, (3) helped develop critical thinking skills, (4) enabled more students' learning and teaching processes, (5) encouraged and built autonomy and self-confidence, and (6) increased students' motivation to successfully learn English language.

People can no longer avoid using technology in their daily lives because it has been incorporated... more People can no longer avoid using technology in their daily lives because it has been incorporated into every facet of life. The development of computer hardware and software to provide higher-quality translated texts is known as machine translation (MT). This research examined MT's importance as a tool for university students using qualitative methods. Data was collected through library research from national and international journals. The results demonstrated that students typically appreciate the importance of Web-Based Machine Translation (WBMT) technology for supporting language acquisition. Only a very small number of participants felt that the availability of WBMT tools eliminated the need to learn how to write in English. This is consistent with the finding that most participants recognize the importance of cognitive involvement in English Language learning. Furthermore, MT can improve writing quality in terms of accuracy and syntactic complexity. Excessive reliance on tools may prevent students from thoroughly improving their translation skills.

In this discussion the author tries to analyze the discourse structure contained in the Facebook thread, in the 'jogja cegatan' group whose content is racism, especially in terms of the mention of certain ethnicities, with the following problem formulation: 1. What is the critical discourse analysis process from Facebook thread ? 2. What is the context of the discourse on Facebook thread, especially in the group 'Jogja', which mentions ethnicity in Van Dijk's theory? The discourse in the Facebook group ‘info cegatan jogja’ threads which mentions ethnic names mostly shows the negative behavior of the ethnic member they mention.

So far, English has been considered as a favorite and prestigious subject for some modern elementary schools. English lessons is claimed to be important and is still needed by the young learn-ers. Given the context of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teaching English in Indonesia, of course, may not equate with the teaching of English in Singapore where English is in the context of ESL (English as a Second Language). As the right method and strategy may be given to the learners, the development of lan-guage skills for children aged 6-12 years-old will not be disturbed. Then if the mother tongue, that is Bahasa Indonesia, would not be a mess if at the same time the students need to learn a foreign language.
