Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara resiliensi akademik atau ketahanan ... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara resiliensi akademik atau ketahanan akademik dengan prestasi siswa dalam belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits di MTSN 4 Blitar dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Peserta penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 siswa yang diambil dari kelas 8 MTsN 4 Blitar. Peserta dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen tes akademik dan kuesioner ketahanan. Analisis Momen Produk Pearson digunakan untuk menilai hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara ketahanan akademik siswa dengan prestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits di MTSN 4 Blitar dengan angka korelasi r = 0,738, n = 75, p < 0,05. Aggressive behavior is behavior that is intended to hurt someone intentionally, both physically a... more Aggressive behavior is behavior that is intended to hurt someone intentionally, both physically and psychologically. Children with a diagnosis of ADD or attention deficit disorder often have behavioral problems. This study aims to determine the effect of economic tokens on reducing aggressive behavior in ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) children. The research subject is a 5 year and 10 month old boy with the initials K who attends Inclusive Kindergarten and is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder ADD by a psychologist. The research method used is an experimental method in the form of single subject research with an A-B-A design, the analysis method used is a visual analysis technique of graphs (visual analysis of graph data). The results of this study state that economic tokens can reduce or reduce aggressive behavior in ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) children. This can be seen from the percentage comparison between the conditions of baseline 1 (A1) and conditions of baseline 2 (A2) which shows a decrease in the percentage of 25% to 12%.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 75 wanita anggota komunitas arisan Bhayangkari Polres Malang. Skala kontrol diri dan skala perilaku konsumtif digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji analisis produk momen. Hasil uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,517 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel pengendalian diri dengan perilaku konsumtif pembelian perawatan kulit pada anggota komunitas arisan Bhayangkari Polres Malang

This is a complex transitional phase. There are so many stressors that lead to various difficulties, which cause individuals to feel trapped and lose their way into adulthood. This condition is known as a quarter-life crisis which is a common phenomenon that occurs between the ages of 18 to 30. The purpose of this study is to examine various alternative interventions that can be used to minimize quarter-life crises in early adulthood. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. Researchers chose 7 out of 13 articles found on the Google Scholar search engine in the 2011-2021 timeframe. Interventions for quarter-life crises are carried out both preventively and curatively. Domination interventions that have been studied by previous researchers are mostly curative. The aim of this research is to explore the impact of self concept on cosmetic consumtif behavior ... more The aim of this research is to explore the impact of self concept on cosmetic consumtif behavior in female students. This exploration utilizes quantitative strategies with causal comparative approach. Participant of this study consist of 118 female undergraduate students. The hypothesis was analized using regression technique, with SPSS. The results of this study indicate the value of the regression coefficient of r = -0.323 with a significant level of 0.008 (p <0.05) meaning that there is a significant influence of self-concept on consumptive behavior, in a negative direction. This result means that the higher the self-concept owned by the female student, the lower the consumptive behavior of purchasing cosmetics. This study recommends efforts to get good self-concept to reduce consumptive behavior.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana preferensi media kuliah daring pada ... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana preferensi media kuliah daring pada mahasiswa pendidikan matematika, ditinjau dari gaya belajarnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah matematika murni dan mata kuliah matematika terapan pada semester genap tahun 2019-2020. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 93 mahasiswa, 8 orang mahasiswa laki-laki, dan 85 mahasiswa perempuan. Gaya belajar diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner gaya belajar berdasar modalitas visual, auditori dan kinestetik. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa dari ketiga kelompok gaya belajar, memiliki preferensi terhadap media kuliah berbasis audio-video, dengan rincian 85% mahasiswa pada kelompok gaya belajar Visual, 87% mahasiswa pada kelompok gaya belajar auditori, dan 92% mahasiswa pada kelompok gaya belajar kinestetik. Secara keseluruhan 87% mahasiswa yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan preferensi terhadap media perkuliahan berbasis audiovideo. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah media berbasis audio-video adalah media yang menjadi preferensi mayotitas mahasiswa sebagai media perkuliahan, terlepas dari gaya belajar masing-masing mahasiswa.

To... more Every teacher should have purpose to make their students become kind, generous and empathetic. To meet the expectation, student have to be taught from early age. Behavior like helping others, or sharing affection, are effectively stimulated at the golden age. The most influential environment to the development of children is family. Parent is the most important social institution in forming good behavior of the children. Not every children grow with their parent. Some because the parent go to other country to get job as migrant worker. Tulungagung is a regency in Indonesia with many people work as migrant worker. The purposes of this research is determining the influence of Parent's existence to the prosocial behavior, of kindergarten children in Junjung Village, Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. All kindergarten students in Junjung village, Sumbergempol, Tulungagung regency was used to be participant. Mann Whitney test was used to analise the data. The result of this research is there is a significant difference of prosocial behavior among children who have parent live with them, and children who have parent work at the other country as migrant worker. The result indicate that parent have significant influence to the development of prosocial behavior of their children.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and anxiety i... more The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and anxiety in dealing with the job market for final year undergraduates students majoring in akuntansi syariah UIN Sayyid Ali RahmatullahTulungagung. This research uses correlational quantitative method with accidental sampling technique. A total of 213 final year undergraduates students majoring in Accountancy Sharia UIN Sayyid Ali RahmatullahTulungagung was participate in this study. Data was collected using a self-confidence scale, which consists of 29 items and an anxiety scale consist of 25 items. The conclusion of this study is, there is a significant negative relationship between self-confidence and anxiety in facing the job market,shownby the results of the analysis that r=-0.441, n = 213 with a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0,05).
