I bow my head before the composers of the past, before the Greatest Masters, from whom we continue to learn every day and every minute. We also have great respect for performers who are ready to take on a new, contemporary, original piece. In almost every respect, it is much easier to take the notes of Rachmaninov's 1st Concerto, learn it and perform it with a symphony orchestra. Musicians know this music. It is an amazing work of art that everyone has heard. It is much more difficult to perform a concerto by a modern composer, which may not be accepted by the public equally. Therefore, I would like to thank three times those performers who are ready to take this risk and present to the public a new, original, contemporary work. Sincerely, Ievgen Suiunov
