FAQs

Can I use regular yogurt?

No. Regular yogurt has more whey and is too runny.

What’s the best Greek yogurt to use?

The best Greek yogurt to use is 5% or 10% but 2% works too. I don’t recommend to use 0% Greek yogurt because brownies will be more cakey.
