Research paper thumbnail of Exploring the global landscape of work-life balance research: A bibliometric and thematic analysis

The research on work-life balance (WLB) published in journals with a Scopus index between 2011 an... more The research on work-life balance (WLB) published in journals with a Scopus index between 2011 and 2022 is carefully examined in this work. Our research attempts to clarify the evolution and trends in WLB research and the importance of publications that Scopus indexes. After analyzing 2717 research articles, we found that WLB publications have a significant annual growth rate of 14.71 %, which suggests that the trend continues to grow. Significant changes are seen, with 1888 papers produced between 2017 and 2022 highlighting a notable increase in interest in the field. With 1608 papers, social sciences account for the majority of WLB research. With 54 publications, Griffith University (Australia) is the most affiliated institution. With 30 papers, the "Economic and Social Research Council of the United Kingdom" became the primary source of financing. The most prolific author, with nine publications, is Lingard H. At the same time, co-citation analysis reveals 168 co-cited authors. The United States (USA), the United Kingdom (U.K.), and Australia (A.U.) are the top three producing nations. A thematic analysis reveals ten major WLB themes, from work stress to difficulties with human resource management. This study provides crucial insights for policymakers and leaders to address work-life balance issues effectively. Using tools like Gephi or CiteSpace, we could deepen our understanding through advanced analysis methods such as page rank and network visualization.

Various design parameters have been selected to identify for the optimization like heating time, the weight of silver brazing wire, and power rating of the equipment extra. Improve phase revealed that the Weight 0.311 Gms, Heating time 11 Sec, Power rating 5 KW is good in the better condition as compared with the current condition. In the end, the conclusion shows that the bulk supplies of 0.3mm silver ring received and started in the production line and the work standard has been established. By doing daily routine activity checks, after one month there is a drop in the rejection and the cost regarding this has also been achieved.

Furnaces can be used for heat treatment process. We have observed that the major problems in oil-fired furnace are non-uniform flame distribution, oxidation of metal, scale formation, carbon loss of metals and emission of pollutants. Oil fired furnaces have low productivity and long start-up time. To avoid these problems the new technology induction furnace should be used. By using the induction furnace instead of oil fired furnace the productivity may be increased and production cost may be reduced. So it is necessary to design, optimize and install the induction furnaces over the oil fired furnaces. This paper presents the reviews on latest trends and developments available in the area of furnaces so that the total equipment cost and losses can be minimized.

The important thing concept in the back of our proposed approach is to combine one of a kind stages consisting of design, simulation and physical implementations in product or device advent. The distinguishing characteristic of mechatronic structures is illustrated in this study by using intensive integration. The mechatronic model allows us to better understanding the additive's complex behavior and interactions. This affords accelerated opportunities for the dynamic movement performance of the entire device to be measured and optimized inside the early levels of the layout process. The developing effect of interactions among machine additives on attainable gadget dynamics and accuracy is every other consequence. In this study, a concept for mechatronics is proposed to satisfy these requirements with the help of multiple diagrams and various applications.

In this paper, new policies regarding the new education system are discussed along with their merits and future effects. Some suggestions are proposed in this paper regarding NEP 2020 for its effective implementation towards achieving its goals in the minimum possible time. In the end role of NEP 2020 towards achieving Atmanirbhar Bharat is discussed.

It can induce vibrations, fatigue, and consequently failure of parts.So, it is important to calculate the wear rate at the design state via developing equipment that can be used for material testing. In this paper, various materials are tested for wear rate by the pin on disc apparatus at lubricated and non-lubricated conditions.

The nonequilibrium critical dynamics of the two-dimensional XY model is investigated numerically ... more The nonequilibrium critical dynamics of the two-dimensional XY model is investigated numerically through Monte Carlo simulations and analytically in the spin-wave approximation. We focus in particular on the behaviour of the two-time response and correlation functions and show that the ageing dynamics depends on the initial conditions. The presence of critical fluctuations leads to nontrivial violations of the fluctuation-dissipation theorem apparently reminiscent of the three-dimensional Edwards-Anderson spin glass model. We compute for this reason the finite-size overlap probability distribution function and find that it is related to the finite-time fluctuation-dissipation ratio obtained in the out-of-equilibrium dynamics, provided that the temperature is not very low.

Furnaces can be used for heat treatment process. We have observed that the major problems in oil-fired furnace are non-uniform flame distribution, oxidation of metal, scale formation, carbon loss of metals and emission of pollutants. Oil fired furnaces have low productivity and long start-up time. To avoid these problems the new technology induction furnace should be used. By using the induction furnace instead of oil fired furnace the productivity may be increased and production cost may be reduced. So it is necessary to design, optimize and install the induction furnaces over the oil fired furnaces. This paper presents the reviews on latest trends and developments available in the area of furnaces so that the total equipment cost and losses can be minimized.
