Aight, so I'm new to LiveJournal, just got an account and I happen to be off work today when I came accross this community and I thought "yup, I got mad kitchen skilz!, this is my new home!". So here I am. Here's an idea for a lunch special I ran last week. Fettucini w/yellow tomato sauce, fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary) and sun-dried tomato pesto. Its served with a big slab of garlic baguette...mmm mmm garlic. It kicks ass man! Its simple and oh so tasty. The yellow tomato sauce seemed to confuse the servers, but thats not hard to do. : ) I took a picture of it but I don't understand yet how to post pictures in my entries so when I figure it out, I'll post it. It looks sexy. Its good to be here, I hope to learn some new recipes and share some of mine. Adios and Ciao
