Since I was a 14-year-old boy mastering the menu at Kansas City’s La Bonne Auberge, I’ve been consumed with fine dining. Throughout a culinary career that spans six decades, I’ve been fortunate to be involved with some of the most premier restaurants in America. I will welcome you into my home, where I’ll share with you my extensive food service experiences on everything from the dish room to the boardroom to conceptualizing, cooking and consulting.
