The yeast conveyer, as part of the viticultural bio coenosys, it's characterized by numerous ... more The yeast conveyer, as part of the viticultural bio coenosys, it's characterized by numerous biotic ecological factors that induce cooperation r elationship or competitive, with beneficial effects , detrimental or neutral on the composition and stability of the main microorganisms species. The study of these relationship can ensure, as a fe edback control, to materialize our main purpose and to furnish the direction through which the viticultural ecotop e can offer benefits regarding the utilization of t he yeast from the spontaneous flora in the wine making processes. The research has been made during 2001-2003, at the winegrowing area Banu M ărăcine, Dealurile Craiovei vineyard. The microbiological, physical, biochemica l and oenological analyzes has been made at the lab oratory for microbiology and biotechnology.
