Madhu brings with him over 23 years of rich experience in leading Legal and Compliance functions. In his role as Legal head for India, Madhu will oversee all aspects of our Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Code of conduct and Strategy. His deep expertise in regulatory matters, litigation management, policy framework and strategic advisory will be invaluable to our team as we continue to grow and innovate. Madhu's impressive career includes leadership roles at Genpact India/GECIS, Bank of America (BACI – GCC), and Everest Inc, where he played a pivotal role in shaping legal frameworks and ensuring compliance with business priorities. Madhu holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Osmania University, with a specialization in corporate and labor laws, and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis – India. He is a Certified Internal Controls Auditor(CICA) and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a disciplined approach to problem-solving and process improvement. This new space symbolizes growth, connection, and our commitment to fostering a dynamic work environment to drive innovation. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our incredible team involved in making this project successful. Advance Auto Parts India (India Innovation Center) team had the honor of spending a fulfilling day with the incredible children at the Sadhana Institute for the Intellectually Challenged. The day was filled with joy, starting with beautiful performances by the children, followed by games like musical chairs, carroms, and bucket & ball. We also got the chance to plant saplings together, contributing to our environment We shared creative moments through artwork, coloring, and drawing, making memories that will last a lifetime. As a small token of our appreciation, we provided the children with snack boxes filled with samosas, chocolates, and juices. In addition, we proudly sponsored several items to support their daily activities.
