In the process of servicing, fine cleaning of the additional working fluid through the filter red... more In the process of servicing, fine cleaning of the additional working fluid through the filter reduced the contamination of the working fluid by 3-5 times and ensured reliable operation by 2-3 times. The advantages of hydraulic devices over other devices are noted in foreign literature. In a hydraulic system, the source of the working fluid is energy and its purity is very important. In the course of our research, the material that made it possible to effectively filter the working fluid was a filter with a porous medium. It is widely mentioned in the works of G.G. Tumashev and G.V. Golubev. The obtained mixture was immersed in water of 96 0 C. The process of chipping with mixed water begins to occur. The mixture is immersed in water until the chipping process is complete.

various minute dust impurities of rocks. As a result, there is a rapid wear of the parts of such machines. The article is
devoted to the clarification of the composition of contaminated impurities. Microscopic analysis was used to study the
clogging of hydraulic oil. The viscosity of the studied samples after their distillation decreased in comparison with
the initial ones.

The performance and operational efficiency of the hydraulic system of hydrofected quarry excavato... more The performance and operational efficiency of the hydraulic system of hydrofected quarry excavators depends primarily on the properties and purity of hydraulic working fluids. The use of high-precision hydraulic equipment, which has gaps between moving parts within 5-4 microns, makes increased demands on the cleaning of hydraulic systems of machines and the cleanliness of working fluids. Contamination entering hydraulic systems differs both in its composition and size. Accordingly, the degree of their influence on the performance of equipment also differs. This article discusses rational design solutions for the development of an air filter for a hydraulic excavator that helps to maintain the working fluid of the hydraulic system clean.

This article discusses a model of the movement of dust particles inside the air filter. It reveal... more This article discusses a model of the movement of dust particles inside the air filter. It reveals that solid dust particles enter the working fluid and hydraulic tank through air filters. The solid particles that enter the liquid when circulating through the system wear out the oil seals and seals of the hydraulic cylinder, in which the tightness decreases and the working fluid begins to leak during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. The result of the work is mathematical modeling of the movement of dusted airflows inside the air filter.
