To optimize the composition of steel in the work aims to identify the minimum required number of ... more To optimize the composition of steel in the work aims to identify the minimum required number of chemical elements and their content to avoid overheating and unnecessary economic costs. The solution is proposed in the form of microalloying, which leads to grinding of austenitic grains, and after phase transformation and ferritic grains, which improves the properties of steel. The established regularities allowed to quantitatively substantiate the chosen optimal chemical composition of steel, namely to establish the limit of variation of microalloying elementschromium, vanadium and titanium. It was found that the obtained steel in comparison with the prototype has higher values of impact strength, while maintaining high strength and fluidity. Thus, the combination of improved service and mechanical properties of steel helps to increase the service life of its products.

Considered patterns of formation of the nanostructural state of the surface layer of machine part... more Considered patterns of formation of the nanostructural state of the surface layer of machine parts during friction under conditions of complex dynamic loading. The results of the complex assessment of the state of the surface layer of samples after friction continuous indentation and scanning methods indenter, an analysis of changes in the work function of the electron from the surface of the samples. Shown that during the friction of steel surfaces, an increase in transverse slippage contributes to the formation of a more uniform surface layer. This decreases its strength, wear resistance, and a more uniform surface microgeometry. This is accompanied by a decrease in the magnitude and spread of the electron work function over the surface. The relationship between the nanostructural state of a polished surface and roughness and reflectivity is presented.

Currently, biosoluble materials are widely used for the manufacture of implants, among which the ... more Currently, biosoluble materials are widely used for the manufacture of implants, among which the most promising are magnesium alloys. Magnesium is a natural element of the body-it is contained in bone and muscle tissue, is involved in various metabolic processes. In addition, magnesium and its biocorrosion products have excellent biocompatibility. The main advantage of magnesium alloys is the positive effect of magnesium on the human body, but their quality does not meet the requirements for their use in the human body. It is possible to increase the properties of magnesium alloys as a result of improving the processes of refining and modification of liquid melt. The technology of modification of cast magnesium alloys of Mg-Zr-Nd system by dispersed graphite powder is proposed. It is shown that the optimal carbon additive in the amount of 0.05-0.1 wt% C improves the mechanical properties due to grain grinding and additional strengthening of structural components. A complex filter containing equal amounts of magnesite, graphite and limestone is proposed, which provides an increased level of refining of the melt to obtain high quality casting. It is shown that the use of a complex carbon-containing filter provides not only efficient refining of the melt, but also its additional modification. In the structure of the alloy there is an increased amount of intermetallic γ-phase, which increases the microhardness of the structural components of the alloy and improves its physical and mechanical characteristics.

The influence of the economy on changes in society, the role of the individual on the formation o... more The influence of the economy on changes in society, the role of the individual on the formation of social wealth and depletion, the impact on the social and economic situation of proper accounting and working with intellectual capital are considered. The problems, which the country faces with in this area, are defined. Recommendations on the formation of key points of creating a successful economy and the transfer of the existing mode of economic management to real market-based management are given. Currently, the main management tool in Ukraine is the market. With high inflation, raiding and corruption, the market gives up its leading role to hierarchy or culture. Massive distortions of the true understanding of the underlying principles underlying the changes destroy the economy. The activities of managing the country can be statistically estimated by the shift of society on the scale of emotional tones. The emotional evaluations used by historians with the same facts may be radically different. Evaluation of politicians from the standpoint of the theory of intellectual capital is a step towards rationality. The economy can produce both wealth and impoverishment. In this case, the wealth of some can be a disaster for others. Openness, honesty, the ability to consult and choose the most effective development option for all is the key to productivity. «Epochs do not differ in what is produced, but in how it is produced». Capitalism has its own truth, its own strength in the fight against evil and it is not so simple! Capitalism presses parasitism, but it loves at the same time! The mission of economics and politics is to work for the benefit of humanism and civilization by providing new and better opportunities to meet the needs of people.Success brings success! Moreover, by and large, the economy has shifted and continues to move towards more humane socio-political formations.

Using finite element modelling and mathematical processing, the universal equation is obtained wh... more Using finite element modelling and mathematical processing, the universal equation is obtained which establishes the dependence of the resistance of a metal to deformation on the conditions of thermoplastic processing of alloyed low pearlite steels. The finite element method is implemented in various software packages, such as Deform-2D / 3D, etc. For the correct formulation of the problem, and, consequently, the adequacy of the calculated results, in these software packages, it is necessary to set an exact description of the rheological properties of the material under study. In this regard, the availability of a mathematical model describing the rheological properties of a material for various conditions of deformation is an urgent task from a practical and scientific point of view.
