The article focuses on the problem of the teacher's readiness for effective interaction in the di... more The article focuses on the problem of the teacher's readiness for effective interaction in the discourse of nonviolent communication. The relevance of the problem, which is due to European integration changes in Ukrainian pedagogical education, which consist in the democratization of relations, in the effective interaction of all subjects of the educational process based on the principles of humanism, is substantiated. Scientific works on the topic of the teacher's ability to interact were analyzed. The conceptual foundations and features of the teacher's role in creating an educational environment in which an atmosphere of trust is ensured, without any forms of discrimination of participants in the educational process, are considered; affirmation of human dignity, honesty, mercy, kindness, justice, empathy, mutual respect and mutual assistance, respect for human rights and freedoms, the ability of students to constructively interact with each other and with adults. The basic aspects forming the teacher's ability to effective interaction are characterized. Statistical data from the informational and analytical collection of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "Education under martial law: challenges, development, postwar prospects" are provided, which demonstrate the psycho-emotional state of education seekers, which affects the educational process, relationships, atmosphere in the student, pedagogical staff of the educational institution. The given statistical data confirm the necessity of forming the professional competence of teachers in matters of effective interaction. The expediency and relevance of using the method of nonviolent communication as a universal tool of world practice for establishing constructive interaction with all participants in the educational process is theoretically substantiated. The basic model, principles, and metaphorical images of the method of nonviolent communication are presented. Philosophical aspects of the method are revealed, and its effectiveness in the teacher's activity to ensure favorable conditions for each participant in the educational process, depending on individual needs, opportunities, abilities and interests, is proven.
