This function of the state includes provision oftrouble-free operation of power systems today and creation of programs for power systemsdevelopment in future, creation of energy markets, legal regulation of the relations betweenthe subjects of the market, price control, provision availability of goods and services ofenergy market. This function is expressed in legislative, executive and law-enforcementforms.The authors describe principles of legal regulation of the relations between the subjectsof energy market, characteristics and features legal acts of power industry.
