The present study aimed at identifying the relation between gender (male/female), age ranges (12-... more The present study aimed at identifying the relation between gender (male/female), age ranges (12-15،15-18،18-21), their internal interactions and Self-determination skills of mild intellectual disability teenagers and their life quality. The study aimed sought also to test the predictability of life quality through self-determination skills. Two instruments were utilized; a scale of self-determination skills of mild intellectual disability students to be filled in by teachers (prepared by the researcher), a scale for diagnosing life quality standards (for normal / abnormal persons) (Shuqeir, 2009). Both instruments were administered on a sample of 173 male/female students aging 12-21 in the mental schools in Qena and Qus. Results showed the following: There are statistically significant differences at 0.01 level in self-determination skills that can be attributed to the gender favoring those of the male students. There are statistically significant differences at 0.01 level in self-determination skills that can be attributed to the age range favoring those of the higher age range (18-21) students. There are statistically significant effects at 0.01 level between gender and age in the overall score and in the self-control dimension, the self-actualization dimension that can be attributed to the interaction between gender and age. Differences in the self-regulation dimensions were significant at 0.05, and there were no statistically significant differences in the self-mastery dimension. The third axis: the difficulties facing teaching grammar and language to non-native speakers. Fourth Axis: Standards for teaching grammar and language to non-native speakers.

استهدف البحث الكشف عن أهمية دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير المناهج الدراسية، لدى عينة من مشرفي مرحلة... more استهدف البحث الكشف عن أهمية دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير المناهج الدراسية، لدى عينة من مشرفي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمنطقة الجبل الأخضر، ضمت عينة البحث في صورتها النهائية (70) مشرفاً، منهم (57) ذكور، (13) إناث، وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث، قام الباحث بإعداد استبيان لمعرفة دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير المناهج، وتم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، وأظهرت نتائج البحث بأن هناك دور للمشرف التربوي في تطوير المناهج الدراسية، حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح متوسط العينة مقارنةً بالمتوسط الفرضي للاستبيان، وكما أظهرت النتائج بأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على بعد التقويم وفقاً لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث، بينما أظهرت النتائج بأنه ليس هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على جميع أبعاد الاستبيان وفقاً لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. الكلمات الدالة: دور المشرف التربوي، تطوير المناهج الدراسية.
