In this systematic review, the study summarized and evaluates context factors influencing the enforcement of interventions to attract and retain health workers in rural area. Methods: We searched online databases, pertinent websites and reference lists of selected papers to identify studies on mandatory rural service programs and financial rewarding. Four studies were selected. Information regarding context factors at macro, meso and micro levels was extracted and re-synthesized. Conclusion: In all the articles reviewed, policies were in placement to hold health workers, the policies appear to be ineffective because workers are still animated from rural to urban areas and from Sudan abroad. There is an utmost need than constantly before for national-level overall policy formularization o...

It is proved that if be the sequence generates 0- semigroups on a Hilbert space, then for each the sequence of operators has bounded calculus for the closed ideal of bounded holomorphic functions on right half–plane. The bounded of this calculus grows at most logarithmically as. As a consequence decay at ∞. Then showed that each sequence of semigroup generator has a so-called (strong) m-bounded calculus for all m∈ℕ, and that this property characterizes the sequence of semigroup generators. Similar results are obtained if the underlying Banach space is a UMD space. Upon restriction to so-called semigroups, the Hilbert space results actually hold in general Banach spaces.

Background: Medical students are among the frontline healthcare providers that are most likely to come into contact with COVID-19 patients. As soon as a vaccine is available, it is critical to obtain high COVID-19 immunization coverage rates in this group. They will be charged with offering vaccine recommendations and counseling vaccine-hesitant individuals as future healthcare providers. Research Methods: This research was conducted to faculty of medicine at al-Neelain University, data of 180 students in a clinical year was collected by using online Google form questionnaire that was made from similar studies and standardized survey. The verbal consent was obtained from each participant. Results: The study was conducted on 180 students, of which 50 (27.8%) were vaccinated a...
