Through the Lecturer and Teacher Partnership Program, this study attempts to determine the effect... more Through the Lecturer and Teacher Partnership Program, this study attempts to determine the effect of collegiality in raising the standard of instruction at SMP Cokroaminoto Palopo. This descriptive and observation to data. The findings showed that the plan, do, and see phases of lesson study implementation were divided into four cycles. From the stage of creating learning to the level of implementation in the classroom, these three stages are interconnected. The study’s version of collegiality also involves instructors and lecturers planning lessons in accordance with the challenges and educational needs faced by Cokroaminoto Palopo Middle School. Observations’ findings indicate that the learning designs created by lecturers and teachers have a favorable effect on the standard of learning in the classroom.

This is the type of concurrent mix (combination) research whose qualitative method is more highly used than its quantitative method. Data collecting techniques in this research are survey study with Likert-scaled questionnaire, direct observation, and interview. The survey results then classified and ranked statistically to know the frequency level of the smartphone use in learning English as well as to encounter students’ perception on it. To present more comprehensive data and information, the research result then quantitatively illustrated in an appropriate chart or diagram, and qualitatively described in narrative form. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted at SDN 104 Wiwitan which aims to imp... more This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted at SDN 104 Wiwitan which aims to improve students' reading literacy of class V in Indonesian learning through the REAP learning method. The sample of this research is 30 students in academic year 2021/2022. The instruments used to get the data are observation and test. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics. The result of this research showed that the average value of students in the first cycle was 51% with a classical learning percentage of 13%, and in the second cycle the average value obtained by students was 85% with a percentage of 93%. Judging from these data, it can be concluded that there is an enhancement in students' reading literacy in Indonesian learning after they being taught using REAP (Read, Encode, Annotae, Ponder) method, where from cycle I to cycle II it increased by 34%.

This study aims at finding out online teaching activities, online learning difficulties faced by ... more This study aims at finding out online teaching activities, online learning difficulties faced by EFL teachers and students, and students’ parents during the Covid-19 pandemic and solutions to solve them. Some EFL lecturers volunteered to participate in this research through invitation. The EFL teachers were requested to make written reflections regarding their practices in carrying out online EFL learning and the challenges they encounter. Five of them were involved in a follow-up interview individually. Semi-structured interview was administered. Data coding was done and appropriate extracts were informed in results section. To validate the data, data coding was done independently by study. As results, the EFL teachers have carried out online learning through a series of activities ranging from checking the students’ attendance to giving score on the students’ works synchronously or asynchronously depending on each school policy. The research question of this research is how is the teachers’ opinion about the contribution of the observer in their class? In answering the research question, the researchers conducted a research in a year by participating in learning community. The sample of this research is the students who have conducted Magang III and contributed as teacher. Here, the researchers use questionnaire given to the teachers. The data from the questionnaire analyzed in the form of Likert Scale. This research applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) with consists of three cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps. Those are Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. In cycle one, the researcher took one of seven classes purposively. This class has 12 students, Eight students as the object of this research sample and 4 students as the tutor. The reseacher found it was so hard for the tutor to give tutorial for more than one member, so, the researcher took 4 tutor from other class. The result of this research shows that the students’ ability in delivering presentation was increase. It can be proven by seeing the mean score of cycle one 44.7 and cycle two 70.8.
