The present study was conducted to evaluate the bioaccumulation of metallic elements in forages (... more The present study was conducted to evaluate the bioaccumulation of metallic elements in forages (case Bersim) irrigated by water of Sebou and Beht River. Seven metallic elements (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn) were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). The results showed that the levels of Cd in irrigation water exceeded levels established by Moroccan standards, the concentrations of Cd and Cr in soil (0-15 cm) beyond the limits recommended by the AFNOR and contents of Cd, Cu and Ni in the edible portion of Bersim are higher than those fixed by the FAO / WHO (2001) and WHO / EU (1983). The transfer factors of Zn and Cu is high compared to other metallic elements (Co, Cd, Ni, Pb and Cr). Indeed, the high absorption of trace-elements by the Bersim tissue may be associated with the chemical form of the metal in the soil matrix, the physicochemical characteristics of the soil and to the nature of the plant species. Bioaccumulation of metallic elements identified in green fodder is caused by the use of the surfaces waters of Sebou and Beht as a source of irrigation.

Workers and methods.-This is a descriptive, exploratory and cross-sectional study was carried during 2011 in the regional hospital EL IDRISSI of the Gharb region in Morocco on 170 health-care workers form 275, with anonymous questionnaire. Other methods have been used such as grids observations and interviews with the managers of waste arising from care activities involving infectious risks. Results.-The frequency of the internal collection is an essential role in the proper movement of procedures for the management of infectious and highly infectious waste especially for storage time, this frequency is well respected in the hospital studied, 78.8% of nursing staff report that infectious waste is collected once a day. Approximately 11% of these buildings are identified and separated, the rest were inside the services. No local intermediate storage satisfied the standards of hygiene and safety; the Storage rooms are 49.64% treatment rooms, toilets 32.12%. The establishment has a local central storage. However local compliance with regulatory standards is not respected in its entirety. Only 41.9% of nursing personnel know how to handle potentially infectious waste to his hospital, among them 23.9% et 19.4%, respectively, know the exact mode of treatment used in the hospital of the waste care activities infectious risks soft and of the sharp objects. Conclusion.-The management system of solid and liquid infectious and highly infectious waste is a major concern for health staff and people. The lack of organization and human and financial resources make the challenge of the application of the national policy on the management of infectious waste particularly difficult for the hospital studied. This study supported the implementation of an adequate organizational plan based on regular assessment and coordination between those responsible.

This behavior leads to an increase in genetic abnormalities, such as hypertension and diabetes. This paper examines the prevalence and determinants of first-cousin marriages and their impact on diabetes among offspring. Design/methodology/approach-Data on 882 couples were collected through face-to-face interview via a pre-established questionnaire based on the variables selected within the objectives of this study. The authors used the multiple logistic regression modeling procedure in this study. Findings-The results of the study indicate that the prevalence of first-cousin marriages were 15% among students' parents. From the multiple logistic regression modeling, the authors found a significant effect of paternal and maternal grandparents' first-cousins marriage on that of parents (aOR 5 3.27 and aOR 5 3.36, respectively). However, an 11-fold higher risk of first relative marriages among parents once the paternal and maternal grandparents were first-cousins and the father was illiterate (aOR 5 11.01). Moreover, the authors reported a diabetes risk of more than 14 times when the effects of first-cousin maternal grandparents and parents and the hypertension among mother or her sibling were combined (aOR 5 14.48) or when the effects of first-cousins maternal grandparents, first-cousin parents and mother's age at marriage between 21 and 29 years were combined (aOR 5 14.56). Originality/value-First-cousin marriage depends on the father's illiteracy and the consanguinity of grandparents' factors. The cumulative effect of first-cousin marriage among grandparents, parents and a family history of hypertension among mother or her sibling increase the risk of diabetes among these mothers.

Analytical study on a sample of 327 women delivered. In this section, we have used standard statistical methods such as: chisquare test, calculating the coefficients of bond and to determine the factors that influence directly or indirectly on the practices of episiotomy, we adopted the analysis of logistic regression. This study has evaluated the rates and risks associated with the use of episiotomy and perineal tears. Respectively, an episiotomy 41.28% and a rate of perineal tears of 3.6%. In univariate analysis, four risk factors were associated with the occurrence of perineal tears; primiparity (8.1% vs 1.9%), the presentation of posterior release (21.4% vs 2.6%), episiotomy (5.9% vs 1.6%) and macrosomia (9 5 vs 2.5). Against by five factors were found as risk factors associated with the use of episiotomy, primiparity (60.5% vs 2% °, age class above the age of 21, the extraction sucker (62.5% vs 36.1%), the presentation of the previous release (42.5% vs 14.3%) and birth interval of less than 5 years (46.4% vs 18.3%). adjusted during the multivariate analysis only logistic regression primiparity and vacuum extraction were strongly associated with the use of episiotomy. If we can not recommend good thresholds of episiotomy, could act on these risk factors to the fetus or the mother are preventable, provided they are well taken care of throughout the early period ANC because this action is an element of great importance. But there are circumstances in which a prudent and appropriate clinical judgment dictate the obstetrician performing an episiotomy. It is obvious that preventive episiotomy is performed preferentially in situations of higher risk of tearing (large fetus fragile perineum, instrumental extraction ...).

The measures carried out on the leachate from the landfill of Ouled Berjel (Kenitra) and having door on bacteriological analyzes, allow you to qualify the leachate as a source of contamination to potential anoxic and reducer. The results of the bacteriological characterization indicated a very poor microbiological quality of leachate. Indeed, higher 2,43.10 7 ufc / ml rate, leachate were recorded for total coliforms and faecal coliforms, considered tracers forefront of microbial pollution in landfills juice. What makes these highly toxic effluents and thus have a permanent danger to the health of the local population and the surrounding environment, and therefore require a specific treatment before being discharged into the receiving environment.

However, Morocco has between 30,000 and 40,000 new cases of cancer each year. But only 20,000 are taken care of. They will therefore be at least 10,000 Moroccans with cancer who do not receive any treatment. Every year 7.2% of deaths in Morocco are attributed to cancer. The purpose of our study is to analyze the psychological consequences of such a disease on the person affected; this one is already confronted with various changes: image of the body, feeling of competences. Our study was carried out on 92 cancer patients consulting the INO Rabat, (national institute of oncology). This prospective study took place during the period from May to July 2015. For data collection, we used a questionnaire with information on socio-demographic characteristics, Life Satisfaction Scale, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Social Support Questionnaire (ssq6). The analysis of the correlations between scores of life satisfaction, self-esteem and social support scores shows the life satisfaction test is strongly correlated with the availability social support test (r = 0.263; p <0 , 05) and the social satisfaction test (r = 0.424, p <0.001). Also, the self-esteem test is correlated with the social satisfaction test (r = 0.393, p <0.003) and the life satisfaction test (r = 0.309, p <0.021). of satisfaction tend to have familiar support or a close friend. In light of these findings, we have noticed that patients with cancer with effective social support and satisfying self-esteem are satisfied with their lives and subsequently behave normally.

Pottery contributes to the growth of the craft sector and reflects the wealth of the latter. It also has the potential for unprecedented development. This study is the result of a survey of potters settled in the city of El Oulja. It analyzes the existence, and the need of innovation, a factor that may contribute to the evolution of pottery. In El Oulja the use of innovation remains weak because of the resistance of potters to change due to the traditional nature of the activity. Thus, the establishment of a localized production system in this city would represent many advantages and benefits through to the ease and efficiency of the flow of knowledge within it.

The aim of this study is to establish the phenotypic profile of gram negative bacteria isolated from water collected from Moorish baths and test their power of resistance and antibiotic susceptibility. Using the gallery (API bioMérieux ®), we isolated 25 bacterial strains included 10 different genres. The Escherichia species are listed 20%, 16% Enterobacter, Klebsiella 16%, 8% Pseudomonas, and other species. The study of the profile of antibiotic susceptibility revealed that all species Enterobacteriaceae showed complete susceptibility to Imipenem (IPM) and Gentamicin (GEN), and resistance from the weak to the strong degree to other antibiotics. While the group of non-Enterobacteriaceae showed complete resistance to Ticarcillin (TIC), Piperacillin + Tazobactam (TZP), Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Ac (AMC), Ceftazidime (CAZ), Ticarcillin + Clavulanic Ac (TIM) and Trimethoprim (W).

Also from the birth weight and fundal height risk cesarean section. We have highlighted the limitations of growth and fetal macrosomia in mothers from its ranks obesity according to body mass index (BMI) and uterine size and the effect of BMI blood pressure and edema in the uterine height. Small birth weight and macrosomia are then at risk both from either the health of the child or her mother in case of big weight. While clinical identification of these two anomalies early growth should guide the pregnant woman to a specific treatment for the future delivery is not complicated or child, or for his mother.

Our work consists in evaluating the state of satisfaction in patients aged less than 30 years. The study involved 27 patients (10 males and 17 females). We have chosen the life satisfaction scale (SVS-5) as a sampling tool. The results obtained identified 7 types of cancer, the most frequent of which are leukemia and breast cancer. The satisfaction test showed a prevalence of 14.8% (unsatisfied child) and 85.2% with moderate satisfaction and a large part of which can be converted to unsatisfied if the support and monitoring conditions are not met. by the family or by the health authorities. Faced with this encouraging situation, authorities should step up communication with the families of patients to explain to them how to behave with these children who are in a decisive phase for their future, especially in school.
