В статье на основе актуализации методологических идей Курта Левина (1890–1947) обосновываются схе... more В статье на основе актуализации методологических идей Курта Левина (1890–1947) обосновываются схемы волевого и полевого поведения личности и характерные формы их проявления в сети Интернет. Приведенная категоризация и система описания базируется на идее о противоположности волевого и полевого поведении психолога Курта Левина, утверждавшего о неотделимости человека и окружающего его поля, а также о влиянии определенного поля, как физического, так и психологического, на поведение человека. Развивается идея об объяснительном потенциале распространения категориальной дистинкции «волевое / полевое» на поведение современного пользователя социальных сетей в Интернет-пространстве, которое рассматривается не как некая нейтральная технологическая среда, а как насыщенное знаковыми стимулами медиа-пространство, способное обусловливать и направлять реакции и поступки пользователей. According to Eurostat information, Germany was both the largest importer of goods from and the la... more According to Eurostat information, Germany was both the largest importer of goods from and the largest exporter of goods to Russia among all EU member states in 2018. Cultural awareness issues and long term strategic approach are important in doing business with Germany. German language opens the gates of understanding German mentality and culture. Intercultural communicative competence serves as a key tool for understanding the style, values and expectations of business negotiation partners in Germany. Russian SME sector often lacks experience of international business cooperation and finding common ground at negotiations. In order to fill that gap, develop language industry and human capital the Russian Science Foundation in 2011 launched the educational project "Intercultural Business Communication: Russia-Germany", based in Tver state university (Russia, Tver) and Institut der Interculturelle Kommunikation (IIK e.V) Berlin / Jena / Erfurt / Ansbach (Germany). It was a first experience of joint Internet "language industry" enterprise of Germany in Russia. It caused the rise of teaching with technology experimentation and contributed to further development of innovative language industry and vocational language-based technologies in Russia.

The process of managing the financial recover of the enterprise RosElectronics is considered as a... more The process of managing the financial recover of the enterprise RosElectronics is considered as an economic category, characterized by recession and post-crisis development of Russian economy. It is assumed that progressive changes in the development of electronic enterprises are determined by rates of creation and development of their strong growth and upgrade. Improvement of methodology and tools of financial recovery of electronic enterprises promotes increase in effectiveness of using limited economic resources and efficiency of their activities that allows them to perform innovative activities and provide growth of the competitiveness. As a result, the solution of considering problem is the obligatory condition for the modernization of Russian economy in the post-crisis period of its development.

This position contributes to an effective health-oriented lifestyle dissemination and adoption, especially in patients with chronic diseases. It reflects a new perception of physician’s vocational duties, including care for patients’ life and their need for psychological support. Biopsychosocial approach to health and disease was chosen as a conceptual core of the academic course content and methodology design, specially elaborated to unite pedagogical aspects of the physician’s job with the clinical ones. The 2020 election was both a miracle and a tragedy. In the midst of a pandemic, election administ... more The 2020 election was both a miracle and a tragedy. In the midst of a pandemic, election administrators pulled off a safe, secure, and professional election. Still, lies of voter fraud have cemented in the minds of tens of millions of Americans that the election was rigged. As the first wave of the pandemic overtook the nation right as the presidential election season was beginning, most states responded by delaying their primaries and maximizing opportunities to vote by mail. We review how the quick actions of many states led to salvaging of the primary season, but also led to two cautionary tales, from Wisconsin and New York, that illustrated the disasters that could befall both mail and in-person voters if the nation did not act quickly. We recount the combination of actions taken by governors, state legislators, health officials, judges, and civil society to adapt election administration to the exigent realities of the pandemic and to cope with the logistical challenges state and local election officials faced. We discuss metrics of success in the adaptations that took place — record-high turnout, widespread voter satisfaction, a doubling of mail voting without a concomitant increase in problems often associated with absentee ballots, and the recruitment of hundreds of thousands of new poll workers. We also explore how the competing narrative of dysfunction and a “stolen election,” propagated by President Trump and his supporters, led not only to the insurrection at the Capitol on January 1, but also to a historically deep chasm at the mass level between partisans in their trust of the election process and outcome. We conclude by noting that many states will be considering legislation that re-litigates the election by addressing non-problems, rather than building on the triumphs of the election.

The main indicators reflecting the level of economic security are systematized and their values are interpreted. On the basis of the analysis of the theory and practice of the analysis of economic security indexes of the enterprise the directions of further development of the considered methods are defined, the distinctive feature of which is the formation of predictive models based on the combination of traditional methods of analysis in the field of economics and statistical methods.

The intermediate node architecture of the mesh network can be the same with current wavelength switching Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) networks, and thus can reuse existing deployed infrastructure. We employ a novel Optical Time Slot Interchange (OTSI) at the source nodes for the first time to mitigate the burst contention and to increase the bandwidth utilization. Time- and wavelength-domain reuse in the OTSI significantly saves optical components and reduces blocking probability.
